Need to improve service
I am a bit disappointed with the service provided. Although the agent made sure that the payment had gone through and he rang twice to sort out the error but the confirmation email had a discrepancy in the confirmation and the ticket itself which did not show the correct luggage. The confirmation was revoked and I was then asked to pay extra for the luggage that had the confirmation and unfortunately I did but the tickets are still not issued which I am waiting for since 4 days.
I do not want to misguide others so giving my honest review. I have been their customer for a long time but I think the service is going down now.
