If I could give 6-starts review, I would be happy to do so. When I walked into Flight Centre location on W 4th in Kitsilano, surely the Fortune must smiled on me. I was warmly greeted by Ms. Katelyn L. who proved that amazing customer service didn't die. Katelyn was more than one can expect from a travel agent - professional, friendly, expertly putting our travel plans together with a warm smile, and patiently explaining all my questions. I will never go anywhere else for my future travels and I commend Flight Centre to hire such excellent employees, thank you!

Ours was a fairly simple request - two return flights to San Jose del Cabo - but we wanted help from the professionals, and Becca's expertise was excellent! She walked us through the options, helped us to make a decision, and then covered all the booking details most efficiently and with a minimum of fuss. She was friendly and personable, and we would not hesitate to visit her again, should we need assistance with future travel plans.

We had s fairly stressful-to-organize family vacation with some stops and some members flying separately for some part of the trip. We walked-in the Flight Center and Becca, our agent helped us find the right flights and itinerary that adapted to our trip. At the end of the day we felt this was the most cost-effective way of booking.

I had just had a very negative and stressful experience trying to book my trip elsewhere, and Katelyn was so sympathetic and supportive. She jumped right into action booking my flights and putting together a self driving tour for me, which completely put my mind at ease. She communicated continuously throughout the process and answered all my questions promptly and cheerfully.

I had a great experience looking for a trip with multiple stops in different countries. No need to shop around online to navigate the chaos of options. One phone call and I had an affordable trip taken care of.

I have been using flight centre locations for over a decade now and I have never had a problem. This latest trip was to New Orleans and the lady that helped me her name was Kaitlyn and I was so happy with the vacation she planned out for me.
This trip was a little bit more complex because it was not a prebuilt package, Kaitlyn put the flights together herself the hotel, and some city tours for me and I couldn’t be happier. Oh my flights went smooth. My hotel was excellent and the tours were so much fun. And the price was extremely reasonable.

Had a great trip to Banff National Park all thanks to my travel agent Ben who was incredibly friendly and quick to respond. Everything was organized for us (bus to and from the airport, a lovely sightseeing tour around Banff, Lake Louise, etc) and our hotel was right in town which made it very easy to get around. Will definitely be using his services again! Thanks Ben ☺️

I have used Flight centre for years but recently I have had two recent positive interactions, and that is because of Andrew. He quickly handled the redeeming of my Air Canada credit. What could have been a very stressful situation dealing with Air Canada in the lead up to the impending strike was taken care of by Andrew in a timely and professional manner.
With a recent booking to Puerto Vallarta, Andrew was quick in getting back to me with information, finding ways to keep within my budget and getting the best flights. All of this done with efficiency and a smile. I would highly recommend Flight Centre for your travel needs and in particular Andrew.
