The Flight Centre Royal Bank Plaza in Toronto is amazing. Our travel agent was amazing - fun, upbeat, and knowledgeable about the country we were visiting. More than that, he gave us a memorable trip filled with adventure, a bespoke experience - one with lasting memories. He understood we were looking for a non-touristy, unique experience -- and he delivered.
Hotels, car rental, ferry experience, restaurant suggestions, etc. He delivered.

Matthew Berriman was THE MAN. I was stuck in India and he was instrumental in getting me out. He was extremely helpful, patient and professional both getting me to India and back again to Canada. You don’t often get the opportunity to experience the level of customer service he embodies . A gem of a guy.

We used Steve to book our flight and EU Rail passes. He took the time to meet with me in person and booked everything suited to our needs and preferences. Steve was accessible the entire trip and provided support when the airline made changes to our return flight. He continued to follow after our return to make sure we had a good experience.

2nd amazing service with Matt in 2025
I just had my 2nd cruise, flight and hotel booking now with Flight Center Canada in Toronto with Matt! It was a breeze going through all the booking during our first one in April 2025 so we decided to definitely do our future bookings again with him and now we had just booked again for an 11 day trip in December 2025 with him! Matt is an experienced and has attention to details - definitely recommendable! They are now located beside Union Station in downtown!

Couldn’t do it online
I still find working with a travel expert better for complex bookings - we booked a multi stop trip through Asia and I don’t think I’d be able to do it this quickly or throughly online thank you flight centre
