Absolutely disgusted with flight centre…
Absolutely disgusted with flight centre all they want to do is make more money off you. HORRIBLE customer support they clearly don't value customer satisfaction over the money they are making. they wont change my flight after leaving me and my boyfriend stranded in Brisbane airport overnight without letting us know, so there was no time to book a hotel. I will never be booking with them again i am so appalled and disgusted at how they treat long term customers. my advice is to never book with them as they are NOT accommodating at all and seriously just don't care.

Hi Ciara, sorry to see you're not happy with your experience. To provide a little more insight, travellers are bound by the booking conditions of the airline and the original ticket. Prior to confirming a booking, each customer is required to check their invoice, confirming their details, names and travel arrangements are all correct before any payment is taken or booking made. We can understand your frustrations, we do work to ensure all information is made clear prior to booking, so when customers book, they are making an educated decision.
