Flight Centre Australia - Flight Centre Airport West Reviews 

Recently, when trying to book a only return flight from Madrid to Melbourne, the staff in Airport west provided me prices well over to the prices I could see on Flight Centre website. When I asked them, they start making up that it was because I was looking for a European prices (which did not make sense, because computers know from where the search/ website is accessed). Then, I was waiting for couple of days for them to call the UK centre to confirm and request a discount to match the price on the website. Because the delay in getting back to me, I was afraid of the tickets going higher and therefore I discussed with Flight centre at Highpoint. At this store (same company Flight Centre) the staff told me that it wasn't the reason Airport West said but rather it was because we were 'talking' to people (Customer service), thus the price was higher. Right or wrong I believed it and paid the higher price. Then the next day Airport west call me to provide me the discount. So, I over paid because I had already booked with Highpoint.

Paid for Pool Access Room with Club Benefits was DOWNGRADED to a lower room Category which deleted associated benefits. Have waited over One Month for Customer Relations to resolve the problem. I signed off on the Contract/Invoice . NO CODE OF CONDUCT ADHERED TO IN THIS CASE.

Caitlin from Airport West Flight Centre did a great job in organising my trip to Malaysia. When a flight was changed by the airline, an email from myself resulted in quick action by Caitlin who booked us on another flight and also changed the time for our booked transfer. The whole experience was stress free due to Caitlin's diligence and professionalism.

Jordyn gave excellent service and completely satisfied our needs. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Brianna Gick at the airport FC was just amazing! Cannot stress how friendly, professional and helpful she was - going above and beyond for a poorly organised mum just wanting a nice holiday with her daughter. Will forever recommend Brianna now!

Jordyn made our first time trip to New York super easy, she was proactive with our enquires, quick and efficient and her email responses were very responsive. We had full trust in her judgments and kept in touch throughout and up until we left and when we returned, in this customer service industry which Iam in aswell she deserves 5 stars for her authentic service.

Our travel agent Loreana is again doing an outstanding job for our next and second cruise to Japan in 2026 and also flight details. Nothing is too much trouble for her to do or follow up. Always smiling and courteous. Would highly recommend her for whatever holiday you have planned.

Five of us recently booked two tours at Flight Centre Airport West with Christopher Renick. Whilst the tours went well several things were not good.
When we paid for the trip I questioned the price of the airfare as it was high and he said we were flying during school holidays but when I checked several days later I found exactly the same flight $1000 cheaper. On our arrival in London we found that Christopher had booked us into the wrong hotel which turned to be a £40 cab fare to get to, he also booked us airport transfers which were in fact supplied by the tour Company and one of those transfers was from the incorrect hotel once again.
You would expect a Senior Consultant to be doing the best for his clients but this was clearly not the case.

Yaz has done a great job for us at Airport West. This is our 3rd trip booked with him and we have had no problems.
