Still waiting for refund been more than…

Still waiting for refund been more than 12 weeks. Have contacted them on many occassions no reply.

Appalling!!!

Have put formal complaint in with head office Flight centre.

Sorry to hear about your experience, we completely understand how frustrating the cancellation and refund process can be. For refunds, we do need to wait for the supplier to return the funds to us before we can process them back to you. There has been a large increase in refund requests due to current world events, so unfortunately there are longer delays that usual, with airlines managing increased volumes currently.

Definitely can improve on customer…

Definitely can improve on customer service and communication. Irene from a WA Branch sent me and invoice which I paid the same day. The tour I had paid for was cancelled so I was entitled to a refund however Irene told me I owed them money. Irene failed to mention she didn’t get the same price that she quoted & invoiced me for.
I lodged a complaint and got an automatic reply with response timeframe - no response. Lodged another complaint and finally got a call.
Irene’s actions were dishonest and deceptive.
