We had previously booked a trip through Brett to Spain and Portugal and had no hesitation booking this trip through him as fantastic service consistently provided.

It's always a pleasure working with Stefan. Even though we live in Brisbane, Stefan is only a phone call or email away and bookings done quickly and professionally.

The travel consultant we spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable for the destination we were going to. We felt well advised and looked after.
Unfortunately the phone system let them down when we tried to advise of changes to out quote.

Great service , professional and prompt . Andrew Holmes from Forrest-hill Flight Centre provided excellent service for me on the day . I hope he continues to do so together with other staff members there .
That I will continue to come back to use their services where I found the Glen flight centre was lacking and slow in their customer service response even when there was no customer inside the office !!

In our dealings with Diana Chan, we found her to be Very Professional in the knowledge of her business, communication skills including at all times a prompt response to our calls and emails.

Forest Hill Chase Flight Centre, is where you go to get the very best, friendly and up to date service. Brett will do anything to get you in the door or on the phone and bend backwards to look after you. He has extensive knowledge, loves to go and check out all the places we want to visit and pass that information onto us, the customer.

Brydie at Flight Centre Forest Hill Chase was absolutely amazing. Brydie went above and beyond to make sure we got the flights we needed for our trip to Colombia. Even to the point where she helped us outside of her normal working hours to lock in the flights we needed. Brydie I can't thank you enough and I hope you get a massive bonus!! From K & J xo

Brett was amazing.
Professional, courteous, efficient.
He was outstanding in organising some very difficult and logistical flights for me, as well as making sure we had all the support we needed whilst travelling from New Zealand to Australia with my sister who has Alzheimer's disease.
Nothing was too much trouble for him.
Everything went very smoothly and QANTAS were also amazing. No stress at all.
I will be back when I get to travel again for our own personal holidays.
