Pushy and unpleasant experience
Whilst initially pleasant and responsive, unfortunately a pushy travel consultants makes the experience unpleasant. Constantly chasing and following up while we were thinking about whether to proceed with trip.
I enquired about flights only - the quote provided by FC was about $800 or so more expensive than direct booking via Emirates. They wouldn’t price match and when I intended to book this reply was provided:
‘Just understand that if anything changes or there are any errors, you will be responsible.’
This left a sour taste in my mouth. I also thought flight centre price matched.
