If you want to have any customer service, you need to pay extra money. My flight was delayed and they wanted me to pay for their "service pack" in order to rebook my ticket. Luckily, I dealt the matter directly with the airline, avoiding their horrible fee. What a dishonest practice!

The worst travel agency. I purchased 3 tickets and unfortunately they reserved no checked in baggage for my return international flights. The interesting part is that there is no information about the baggage in their website at the time of booking. They claimed that you had to contact us before departing to get more information! Surprisingly, they edited the baggage column in my profile mentioning that there was no checked in baggage. But that baggage column was empty until the day before I sent my complain to them! It means that they have found out that they have done a mistake, but, by editing that column they just wanted to pass the responsibility to the customer. Also, nothing has been mentioned in their email (after purchasing the tickets) and the receipt and e-tickets.

I had to paid 50 Euro in the airport to check in my baggage. It doesn't have anything with money, but it is just about respecting the customer and taking the responsibility of their mistake. I strongly suggest others not to buy any ticket from their website.

They are not looking to help you if they don't make a lot more money than expected. I've traveled with a lot of airways and this booking agency wants to trick you any possible way to make more money.

Have paid cancellation fee but still won't cancel or change my flight..
even won't make a fair solution when i have to leave for a suddenly family death....
They charge 149/199kr for allowing to ASK a question and then expect me to pay 3100kr for changing my flight worth just over 2000kr.....

you can not call them, only use a message system that makes it easy for them to avoid any good service..

Read the other reviews, every time costumers having trouble, they never find a solution that works both ways. they benefits themselvs....

Nothing to complain about - everything working fine.

It's very difficult to find information that what you actually are buying is a economy light ticket. Only handbagage are included.

Do not book with this comapny.
If something goes wrong there is no one to talk to, only an old messaging system where the get back to you a long time after you are stuck in an airport somewhere. REALLY BAD!

Terrible service. Simply can't recommend Flightfinder. They forced me to cancel my flight 10 hrs before departure due to a name typo. Horrible customer service with no understanding of the situation you are in. They only seem to be focused on securing their cancellation fee.
