It works but improvements can be made!

The price was cheep, but I would recommend to make more visible the baggage included when you purchase the ticket, both prior to the purchase and when you receive the confirmation.
I got my e-ticket but ended up getting one from the actual airline company as it was easier to understand at a glance then the e-ticket from flighfinder.

Nice and good service

Nice and good service. Fair ticket prices. Only minis is that the confirmation email was a bit delayed, that made me worry a bit for a few hours.

POOR

Strange behavior of not wanting to communicate with customer from the second payment has taken place. Questions from the traveler will only be answered upon a fee of 199 kr. Who want to return to do business with such a company?

Best company ever

Best company ever - best service ever. Website was great and easy. Booking was simple, online check was very easy to access. Email info is extremely good - TOP rate from my side.
I fly 2-4 times every week - this is the best company I have ever used. I have saved it for the future and will always do my best always to use them again.

Cannot recommend Flightfinder

Cannot recommend. They sold us economy light tickets, which is almost impossible to decifer from the booking site. So now, we can only bring carry-on items for our 2-week family vacation in USA 😱😠. We now have to purchase our 1 bag item for each flight at the airports, they told us! We are going with our kids and need to bring the bag that goes with normal economy tickets - which we thought we had purchased - this is such a poor customer experience😥! We will never use FlightFinder again and cannot recommend them.

The booking is a robotic process with us - each customer choose the flight or the combination of such and have possibility to ask our customer support all the details of it even before the payment.

I will not use this company again

I will not use this company again. They omitted to inform me that the ticket I have purchased did not include any luggage and had to be paid separately. Throughout the purchase process, there was nowhere stated that the ticket (DK to USA) did not include any luggage. I saw this first when they sent me the e-ticket. Then it was too late to cancel.
Very deceiving.

must first of all regret the experience, however, also emphasize that one of our greatest values is transparency of the reservation.

Pay attention to that we declare us to be a mediator for only a ticket, but can on your request help with luggage and other extras. If this would not be possible we inform you on the request, but as we describing it in our reservation rules - we would like all customers to ask question even before they book as the combination of the flight chosen can exclude for instance - the luggage.

KAN IKKE BETALE MED VISA PÅ MACINTOSH flybillet til Sierra Leone

Bookede en flybillet til Sierra Leone, da jeg skulle betale så alt ud som det skulle, bekræftede betalingen med kreditkort med kode fra sms, hvorefter siden blot ender med at bede om betaling igen og igen. Prøvede 3 forskellige browsere på min Mac. Samme resultat. Gør support opmærksom på problemmet. som jeg iøvrigt tilsvarende havde ved min booking midt i februar, hvor man fandt en løsning efter 48 timer. Denne gang fik blot at vide at de ikke supporterer IOS devises. Hvorefter man sletter bookingen, da den ikke er betalt inden 8 timer. Bookede gennem et andet booking firma, sparede ca 800 dkr på 6900 dkr og ingen problemer med at betale fra min Mac. UFORSTÅELIGT AT MAN IKKE KAN DET HOS FLIGHTFINDER! (Som altså heller ikke er de billigste!)

Svaret fra FlightFinder er meget sigende, de kan selvfølgelig ikke finde samtalen, da de jo selv har slettet den. Så det er en utrolig dårlig undskyldning for en dårlig service , som nu blot er endnu værre!

Booking 3411663 remained unpaid and is no longer valid. If payment has been done we ask you to send payment information to info flightfinder.dk specifying booking number in the subject field and let us know when it's done, we'll check your payment with our economy department.

It is always possible to change contact information registered in the booking, it can be done even after the ticket issue.

My credit card are fully working and I have no problem paying any places expet your site. As I mentioned I had similar problems earlier in 14.2.2018, where I also had trouble to get the payment throug. So please get an experient suppporter to look at it again. I know that you have a solution to it.

Jeg har nu 2 gange forsøgt at betale ovennævnte booking. 1. gang i direkte forbindelse med bookingen i browser Firefox på Apple Computer, hvor jeg fik sms for sikker betaling , som blev udfyldt korrekt. Herefter vendte booking siden blot tilbage til betalings siden. Derefter forsøgt betalt på Google Crom, også denne gang med sms for sikker betaling , som blev udfyldt korrekt. Herefter venter booking siden i et par minutter og vender derefter tilbage til betalings siden. ERGO JEG FÅR IKKE LOV TIL AT BETALE. DET SKAL BEMÆRKES AT JEG HAVDE NØJAGTIG SAMME OPLEVELSE DA JEG I DEN 21.2.2018 BOOKEDE SAMME TUR TIL MIG SELV (DOG ANDRE DATOER) DENNE GANG FOR MIN KONE KRISTINE xxxxxx. DET ER FOR DÅRLIGT!

Det eneste konversasjon jeg ser er at du spør om reservasjonen er betalt.

Would not recommend.

Both me and my friend bought the same ticket without the service support.
We got a notice that one of our flights got cancelled, in case we wanted help we had to pay for the services, so my friend took the initiative to do it first. Her payment went through but service never got available, though all of a sudden the information said the ticket was confirmed and not cancelled. Mine still showed cancelled though.
Would not recommend this. Ended up spending unnecessary amount of money buying an extra ticket and paying for service we never got.
