service sucks and they do not care what happen to your booking afterward if you dont pay extra

Vi købte en billet fra Phuket til København via Zurich hos Flightfinder. Efter vi havde købt billetten skrev Flightfinder til os at de ikke kunne levere den aftalte rejse som lovet, da der var sket en ændring i rejseplanen hos flyselskabet (Swiss). I stedet for at tilbyde at refundere pengene for rejsen eller at hjælpe med en ombookning, ville Flightfinder i stedet opkræve os penge for at vi overhovedet kunne få lov til at få udleveret en opdateret billet. Det lykkedes os dog at få udleveret en opdateret billet ved at kontakte flyselskabet direkte.

For at det ikke skulle være nok, forsøgte Flightfinder igen at afpresse os for penge ved at skrive at vi ikke kunne komme til Danmark alligevel. Udgangspunktet var at den opdaterede flyvning fra Phuket til Zurich ikke længere passede med flyvningen videre til København. En situation, som Flightfinder ikke ville hjælpe med, med mindre vi betalte dem yderligere penge. Det gjorde vi selvfølgelig ikke. I stedet var vi igen heldigvis i stand til at få flyselskabet til at hjælpe. Så på trods af Flightfinders ihærdige indsats for at forhindre vores rejse, kom vi altså tilbage til København.

Jeg håber at nogen på et tidspunkt for sat en stopper for den adfærd Flightfinder praktiserer.

I bought a ticket on flightfinder.com and wasn't sure whether the order succeeded, and if the payment had been done, because the webpage was slow and showed an "error" page. I tried to upload it several times, and was still not sure about my order. So I contacted flight finders costumer-service, in order to make sure about, whether I bought the ticket or not; they told me I didn't and that the order had been cancelled because the payment didn't succeed. And they said that I should buy another ticket. And so I did the next day. Then I thought everything was fine!
But a week later I discovered that I had been charged for two tickets, and that I had bought two similar tickets. I was so sure, that I just had to get in touch with their costumer service to tell them, that they made a mistake, and had to cancel one of the booking and refund the moneys. After writing back and forth with their costumer service and talking with some of their employees on the phone, I discovered that they didn't care! They would not admit that they had made a mistake.. In the end, after a lot of communicating, and even me sending documentation by mail, they wanted to cancel my ticket, but with a "service-fee" on 790 DKK (which would be around 105 euros).. I find it highly unjust, and I will recommend everyone else to choose another ticket company.

I bought my ticket 3 months ago, but when i contact them later, they said that my ticket is non-changeable even with a fee. I did not know that, and i still can not find such information on my ticket despite checking all emails they sent.

Buying cheap ticket here is a horrible decision for me.
The only good thing is that they reply my message quite fast

tax refund. difficult, and too small, the biggest amount called YR? was non refundabel, no further explenation

I made a booking in wrong date and when I asked the site for change the dates few hours later, they answered that I should pay about the whole price again!
I wont use this site again.

Tried to cancel tax on tickets due to illness, which is normally possible. Got some not readable reply that it wasn't possible. No phonenumber to reach them on. Another proof that you should never use these middlemen between you and the airline.

No seating preferences were asked for.

I bought a ticket because I wanted to have a check-in luggage (which is normally a 23kg one) For them, apparently this is not a rule. So, three days before flying, I find out that I have no check-in luggage.

Found a great route and very cheap just 8 days before takeoff - very pleased with their services!

DON´T buy from flightfinder!!!

Flightfinder is taking anywhere they can anywhere they can. They say that you should not give the devil a finger because he would take the entire arm...

I would not recommend anyone to use flightfinder as an agent in any circumstances.

Flightfinder has the worst service. They have huge fee´s and make you pay for every tiny service. Even speaking to their customer service.

I wanted to change my ticket, first they let me pay 200 DKK just to get in contact with them
Next I ask to change my ticket, they take 5400 DKK for doing so. And for a fact know that the flight company don’t take more than 1400 DKK for the service. So flightfinder add 4000 to their margin.
Next when I want to cancel the ticket and get taxes of 1750 DKK refunded. Flightfinder take 750 of the reimbursement. Leaving me with only 1000 DKK
I will never ever, use this company again and I don’t recommend you to do so either!!!

I can buy same flight ticket cheaper 3 days after on from a Shop in Copenhagen denmark same flight same time date and save 700 kr ..

1. They do not have phone support
2. They do not attend or do not support in a language other than English
3. They do not give you reasonable options to solve the problems
4. It is a company that lives cheating customers
5. They have an algorithm to change customer data
     at the time of booking to be able to collect the
     penalties.

I recommend to all that do not make reservations with Flightfinder.es, Flightfinder.se since they deceive the majority of the clients and without any kind of support while you do not pay the penalties.

A company clearly pessimistic and scammer.
