I booked my flight and didn't look at return flight. It had a 13 1/2 hour layover in Taiwan. That is ridiculous. I chatred with flighthub on line to see if could change to a shorter layover. They found nothing suitable, but said they would continue to look and let me know. The next day they charged my credit card an additional $501 for a change of flight that was not acceptable and i had not agreed to. They refused to refund the fee and then told me if i wanted to change the flight again they would charge me $600 more. They do not have a business address in the U.S. so taking them to court is not an option. I will never use them again nor will i recommend them to anyone.

Elderly father chose wrong flight date. Called 2 minutes later and was on hold with an AI for 36 minutes which doesn't make sense. When prompting to get a live agent, was told wait time is 40 minutes. This was no more than 5 minutes after purchase.

Try to change my ticket 2 mins after booking on Line cause of a mistake!! No costumer service! Then the system told me it would make the changes and after 45 mins online that she told me she would change it Nothing was done!! Try calling and still a system!! Then stayed on Line for so long for a représentative.. try to call air Canada to get the problem fix but they say I bought with you so you have to make the change

On you website it says 1 carry on and 1 check in bag, but this is not true, i had to pay for a extra check in bag. Please do not advertise false information when booking in the future.
