This is a FAKE company
This is a FAKE company. They will pretend over the phone to be either an airline company, like Jetblue, or booking.com, etc. DO NOT provide them with any information like your flight confirmation # or your credit card #. I was scammed out of over 300 dollars and having issues disputing the charge with my credit card company.
In response to the reply below, try searching under the name "Melanie Bota." The charge was made 8/8/23 to a visa card for $326.50. I should also add that while now you regret to have provided me with this type of service, you refused to handle the matter when I called immediately after noticing your company fraudulently charged me. One of your supervisors pretended to be an attorney and screamed at me over the phone. They promised to call me back and never did. While you're requesting information to remediate this issue, you've provided NO way for me to contact you or provide this information.

Flight Assist Misrepresents themselves
This company told me they were affiliated with Alaska Airlines and when I am on hold too long the call routes to them. They have NO affiliation with Alaska or probably any other airlines. They take your credit card information and charge you fees. They gather your personal information and adjust flights as if they are YOU!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Flight Assist.

Flight Assist Mis-represented themselves as westjet
Googled west jet customer service number and the number for flight assist came up. In our rush to rebooked a canceled flight didn't realize this was not the legit west jet number. The person we talked to tried charging us a bunch of extra charges that were not being charged by westjet. This company misrepresented themselves and scammed our info. I got ahold of the proper westjet and they had no idea why there should be any extra charge. Do no use this service.
