They actually pick up the phone. There is no press this for this and press this for this. They answer and talk to you. The fares were so good that I was skeptical and it did take about a day to confirm them but they did a great job. Best fares I have gotten in over a year and 1/2 and they are over the Christmas Holiday. Good for them to bring back traditional customer service where they answer the phone. Large companies should learn from that.

Wow!! unbelievable price
Wow! I just can’t believe that I was able to book 6 tickets to California at Christmastime for way lower than the normal published amount. I called and spoke to Bryan, who was so helpful and polite. Then received an email starting the booking is pending then I contacted the number on the website talk to Bryan he told me everything was fine at their end and the problem was my bank. Not Too Good to Be True
This was one of those "is this too good to be true" moments. Had not heard of this site but did see some good reviews. Decided to take a chance after a phone call to customer service that was promptly answered. Had a small hiccup after the initial booking but that was fixed quickly. Had good communication talking with Sophia Greene especially.
This company is worth checking out when comparing pricing for your next trip.

Flightshall.com definitely has the best deal! I have been shopping around for a good deal for a flight from IAH to CUN, and most websites have $600+/person for the dates we wanted, during Thanksgiving holiday. I found a deal for $378/person on their website, and our seats were even assigned together (all 7 of us!) with free carry-on and personal luggage. The only thing I didn’t want is that they did not honor the basic fare rate on their website, and I had to call them. The agent, Bryan, helped us find a good deal otherwise! We got our E-ticket after 24-hrs of booking.
