I was able to get my flights
I was able to get my flights and the price that was posted. I never was contacted so never had any contact with customer service so no experience with them to rate in person contact. Otherwise online is a good experience so far. Just hoping the tickets and flight goes well. Hope I can upgrade but at this time no seats available ;-(

The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever, after I purchased the ticket they keep calling me to ask me my credit card picture and my driving license. I never been ask to provide my credit card copy to buy a ticket and if I didn’t send them, they treat me to void ticket in the last minute. You don’t want buy ticket with them, the worst customer service experience ever.

I had a question about selecting seats after making my reservation. Jessica contacted my promptly via email and answered my question about seating. I received a call from Vivian the next morning to follow-up on the email correspondence and let me know that my seats had been selected. Both people were prompt, professional, and helped me with my situation. Based on my experience, I would book with Flights Hall again.
