Terrible service, looking for prices between London and Sydney. Advertise prices on the website at half of what the actual fare costs, in a ploy to get you to call them and receive pressure tactics to book with them. I was told that I must be reading it wrong, as their website can't possibly be showing such a cheap price! Just use sky scanner instead.

BEWARE and stay away from this-- Total fraud company..

They show cheap flights initially and then came back saying that the tickets were on deals so no baggage allowed and you have to pay $1000 to add any baggage which was coming by paying only $150 initially from other booking sites.
don't listen to anything and totally unprofessional.

On no account use this company , total bunch of lying ba—-rds we ended up paying £800 more than & £2100 we already paid for flights to the Philippines
scammers do not even think about using them try and get your flight confirmation on your first quote it’s impossible they only reserve the seats then they up the price

When searching up flairs phone number there's came up.

I called it which was a mistake on my end.

They answer as Reservations so I was unaware I wasn't speaking with flair.

The lady charge $50 to update my boyfriend's date of birth (I put in wrong) where It was free on flair.

Then she changed the email address to the wrong person.

Now this person has the necessary information to adjust our flight.

I called to advised them.

The lady I spoke with said it doesn't matter. Wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor then when I tried to call back would answer and hang up my calls.

I then got through to a guy who was basically like yikes. Yeah, that's an issue it happened. & Said he would have a supervisor reach out to me today.

However, I have no hope that will happen.

Stay away from this travel agency!

Update: A supervisor never reached out to me and it's been 2 weeks.

Very bad company please do not use,is a scam,I purchase a ticket and provided them with all my info and credit card payment to later find out I did not had a reservation,I call to cancel the reservation and instead they keep calling trying to sell me a new reservation when I told them repeatedly I don’t want it any more,now I had to cancel my credit card.

Horrible experience. I booked my flight than they called me to advised me that I have to pay almost $500 more because seated i becomes are no longer available . So rude and unprofessional.

My parents got to the airport to fly to Delhi and there was no booking for them with the airline and were unable to travel. Tried to call flight master, but they didn't pick up the phone. please do not use Flight Master for your travel..

Rude customer service!! and The price on the phone is higher than the website ...

it is scammed company, don't fool with their kindness.

Flight masters is a scam! My mum paid £700 for a flight for us to go to the Philippines for Christmas to see our family - Jacob on the phone was so sweet to my mum and scammed her throughout the whole process even making her believe that he can sort everything for us in short process. Now we are trying to get our booking confirmation thinking it was real and now they aren’t answering any of ours calls and emails! Horrible people

Scammers and fraudulent

My sister booked flight from this company after taking the money they blocked her email and her number .
They will try to convince you they are UKflightmasters not Ukflightmaster . They are same. A guy called Dave is the head fraud guy, he will call you even send you your booking on Lufthansa. Please as you read this run. Don't even try it. I don't normally write this but since is affected me I thought would save others

Flightsmasters.co.uk is scammer. I booked flights to Canada with them, and when reached at the airport they had none if us on their list ... they disconnected the number so that I could not get through. LOST £3000 in total as Had transfered money online de to the urgency of the travel

Norman was absolutely outstanding and extremely professional in patiently helping us deal with a mistake we had made to the date of our return tickets. We are extremely grateful to him and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use their services again.

False information!!... The information given on the website compared to over the phone was very different... (and i mean £500 different!!!!)
Did not find the customer service very good at all, and I got laughed at for saying Id seen flights a lot cheaper on other sights. Didnt go through with purchasing through them, but I wouldn't advise it. Seemed quite dodgy and unhelpful.

Asia has been one of my favourite destinations. The food and the people are so amazing. Flights Masters gives the best prices for touring the best cities here. I could rely on Flights Masters to book the best accommodation and flights for Asia without even thinking. Keep up the good work.

I was looking for a company that would give me additional discounts on car hire deals, that’s when I came across this site. I was surprised by the discount it was ready to offer me. I got the best price here and instantly made the reservation. I did not face a single problem during the deal which is a lot to say for a travel site because most of them just want to make money rather than please the customers. My experience was really pleasurable I would love to take advantage of travel and accommodation through this site.
