I booked two round trip tickets 9MCF32 for myself and spouse thru Flightspoint with Christopher on Allegiant Airlines from FT Wayne IN on March 18, 2020 to Sanford Orlando and returning to Ft Wayne March 25. I was in touch daily with Christopher regarding the Covid19 situation and he assured me that I could cancel my flight with a full refund up to 24 hrs before the flight on March 18, 2020. I did finally end up cancelling the trip a few days prior to the trip due to the virus and spoke with Christopher who again reassured that my account would be credited. I have not seen any refund or credit to my account since then and have sent Christopher many emails requesting I get my money refunded as promised. I have called the number and no one answers the phone at Flightspoint. I have not received a call back or an email regarding all my request. Very bad if they have swindled me out of my money due to an unprecedented pandemic. Please beware. If someone from Flightspoint would contact. BG

I was extremely satisfied with the services, they were very courteous and helpful from the very beginning, trying to organize at the best our trip to US. Approach was very professional and friendly, the flights, accommodations deal were simply superb. I will certainly be using them and will be recommending them to all my friends and family.
