Wonderful customer service!! This is the 2nd time ordering Maui Jim's from Flight Sunglasses. The first time I found them because they had a pair no longer available on MJ's website. Steve (owner) was able to get me the ones I wanted. This time, I went with prescription MJ's, again with a pair not available on MJ's website. They came though again & even though there was a slight mix up they resolved it immediately. I am so thrilled I found Flight Sunglasses!! I will never purchase elsewhere again.

I bought a pair of Serengeti Velocity Lens from here and I just have to say the service is absolutely fantastic. Steve had given me specific screws for the glasses that aren't even made anymore without any extra cost and he had picked up the phone instantly every time to answer my questions. I called him out of work hours a few time and he still answered, this place will definitely be my go to glasses place if I ever plan on getting a new pair of glasses. Steve is fantastic and if you have any questions about any glasses just ask him he would know.

Bought a pair if Maui Jim's for my husband, could not believe the turn around. Processed same day, received the next. Although I know it has to do with same state ordering, but I was completely impressed by the turnaround time. They also included lens cleaner and a cloth. Would recommend to anyone this company

I am very pleased with my new Randolph AGX green prescription sunglasses. I just returned from a week at the National Aeromodeling Championships in Muncie, IN where I spent days staring into the bright sky watching model planes fly specified maneuvers while serving as a judge for control line precision aerobatics. Eye fatigue was minimal, and I did not need eye drops once during the week. The sunglasses also worked well for the 4 days of driving from home to Indiana and back.

I ordered a pair of Serengeti sunglasses online. I immediately received a call advising the particular lens and frame combination were no longer available (no longer made). Steve explained the models with similar frame shape, frame color and lens construction. He took time to go into the details of each model and lens differences. I elected to go with his recommendation, and they were shipped and arrived within two days. Outstanding service, shop with confidence.

The loaner program was excellent to get a great fit and to get the proper measurements for my Progressive Rx. When I got the sunglasses they exceeded my expectations and the prescription is perfect. I ordered a pair of Costas from here and they happened to be on back order. They called me and left a voicemail to tell me immediately and said If I wanted to swap them for another pair I could. I bought some Randolph Rx aviators from Steve and Trish. I was a bit wary because I'd never even seen a pair of Randolph sunglasses before, let alone knew which color, size, etc. I needed, all with a Rx on top of it.

They made the process easy and confidence inspiring. The loaner program to help you figure out your exact specifications was a huge confidence booster and actually made me realize I wanted to go up a size on the frames. The sunglasses arrived quickly, and they're perfect. The Rx and specs are spot on, and they look great!
