I was sent this link to review traveljunction.co.uk who I used to purchase some flights back from Cairo to the UK. The service was great. However I wsss then asked to provide positive reviews on no less than 4 rating sites. I thought this was a bit much/cheeky. Anyway they seem good otherwise.

I want to express my total repudiation…
I want to express my total repudiation and indignation toward the travel agency FlightTrotters, based in the United Kingdom.
On 27 September 2025, I purchased an airline ticket through them — and to my surprise, less than 10 minutes later, the agency itself cancelled my booking without any reasonable explanation.
At first, I thought it was just an error that would be quickly fixed. But that’s when the real problem began: to this day my money has NOT been returned. No refund, no solution, no useful response. Only excuses, silence, and a complete lack of respect for the customer.
I am extremely frustrated and feel completely mistreated by this company, which demonstrates zero professionalism, zero transparency, and zero commitment to its clients.
It is unacceptable for a travel agency to keep a customer’s money without providing the service that was paid for and without offering an immediate solution.
🔥 I leave this warning so that other customers do NOT go through what I am going through.
If you are considering purchasing a ticket from FlightTrotters, I strongly recommend choosing another company. My experience has been awful and extremely stressful.
I want my immediate refund.
And I will make sure to share my experience on every platform possible until my case is resolved.

I got a great price with this company. The service was excellent, you could always speak to a person if you had any queries - I really recommend it if you want a better deal than on airlines websites. The price I got was more than half.
