I bought a jumper from the Edinburgh store last week which had a few stains. Because these were at the back, I didn't notice them at the store but reached out immediately by email (within a few hours of buying). Didn't get a response so went to the store to return. At the store, I'm accused of having caused those marks because I refused a bag and put the jumper directly into my backpack when I bought it... Had I taken a bag, I'm told, I would've had a chance.

(1) Now I'm very sure it wasn't caused because of my putting it directly in my backpack (of all reasons) because the stains were on the backside, which was folded in and so on the inside (ie not exposed to the backpack). Their response was dismissive. (2) Their entire argument was that I had no 'proof' that the stains were at their end, because apparently their products are always cleaned and they couldn't possibly have missed this one... So a customer needs to show proof that they slipped somewhere in their supply chain

I refused the bag to reduce waste as I usually do and reached out to them as soon as I could. Unbelievable that they hung on to that flimsy argument for a very normal refund request. It's a shame that they refused to take any responsibility for their product and their dismissive, no-way-its-us attitude was not one I've experienced anywhere. Would not go back for the poor quality and more importantly the poor post-sales service.

I also just checked that they sell that very jumper for £45 when it's available directly from the company The Pastel House for £29! For what value add!? Initially I felt short changed but now I feel totally ripped off lol

I got my dunks at a good price and super quick after ordering, they came within 2 days and loved the packaging

I entered the shop and was almost instantly helped with what I was after Daniel who helped me in store try on some Nike dunks was very nice and was easy to speak to we had a good chat about work and Christmas and I left the store very happy with the service I received in total the experience was top quality and all staff are very friendly and helpful would 100% shop with again in the future and plan to.

Superb from personally visiting and buying a pair of Jordon 4’s, lads in the shop were awesome and you could tell it wasn’t just a business but their passion.since then on arriving home to Northamptonshire England I have dealt with the Rory on line this time buying 3 more pairs of Jordon 4’s, everything from Rory’s knowledge, help and the delivery was faultless!

Passed Flip Supply in St james quarter edinburgh and popped in, the sales person there was super helpful in finding the right size and perfect shoe. Gave us lots of good information about keeping the shoes in good condition and about the new shop opening down the road in january. The price for the shoes were really good and the shoes are 100% genuine so a really good purchase of the Panda high dunks.
