Had a problem with the rear wheel not easily "latching" when the bike was unfolded. Was offered a complete service, at which this problem was solved and various other minor upgrades were applied.
Problem solved, very satisfied with the personal approach and attention to detail.

A brilliant product with fantastic customer service. My fold-up e-bike is not only practical- I can commute on the train with it, but also really stylish- PERFECT!

Bike looks great, appreciate the design, seems sturdy, rides well, folds to a handy package that fits in the car. Looks like an ideal commuter and so far I'm very happy with it.

Technically what I would like to see improved is fitting hydraulic brakes and doing something to the welding joints on the frame to make them less obvious up close. Though they're not terrible, I'm just being picky. But then it would all cost way more I guess.

The team and customer support is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Wish they stay that way once they get bigger as a company. I also appreciate all the work put into providing online resources and instructional videos. Comprehensive and easy to follow.

About the website, maybe a professional bias, but the webapp or its underlying infrastructure badly needs some performance optimization. Response times in 5 sec range are not acceptable.

Absolutely brilliant little bike with a lot of character, easy to fold and unfold, super nippy and responsive to ride and the Flit team is such a joy to deal with. I bought the Flit as an addition to my VW mini camper to allow me the flexibility to cycle to the starts of walks and swimming places and my first outing was a great success. Thank you team Flit and I'm very proud to be a member of your founders batch family ;-)

I think it was in the Spring of 2020 that I read about the Flit bike in the Cambridge News. I had just turned 80 and thought this could be the answer to my increasing decrepitude. I hummed and hawed and went to a demo in an empty café on Norfolk Street. I was impressed by a the brilliantly engineered design and the overall elegance of the device. I was suffering from a low back attack and thus was not able to have a test run. I thought things can only get better and when I got home I placed my order.
Over the next few months I followed my Flit’s progress through manufacture via the videos of the process in Taiwan and loading onto a container ship, its arrival in the Cambridge warehouse and in January its subsequent delivery chez moi where Dave put it in the boot of my car and a couple of days later I took it to a friend’s for unpacking and launch.
Alas, the old bod had slipped further along the downward path and, to paraphrase Jonathon Agnew, I was unable to get my leg over.
A couple of feeling-sorry-for-myself months passed while I wondered what to do. Eventually I contacted Flit and explained my dilemma and asked if they had any suggestions thinking perhaps a second-hand market might exist.
Flit were marvellous and Gemma immediately offered a full refund and Dave came round and collected the bike and the refund arrived a few days later.
Of course , I would rather be riding the bike than writing a thank you letter but even so it is a pleasure to have encountered such a good bunch of people who turned the hackneyed phrase ”Customer Care” into something meaningful.

Tried the Flit-16 - on a hill - at our local summer festival in 2019 and am now the proud and very happy owner of bike number 17 off the production line! It has been a game changer for me in that I can now get to my allotment (5 miles up some very steep hills) without having to jump in the car, which makes me feel much greener. Throughout the manufacturing and delivery process, the flit team kept us regularly updated during what has proved to have been a very tricky year and have always been very professional, prompt and helpful with any questions. My bike has just had its first service, which was carried out on my doorstep - and a spare part I ordered was also installed on the bike free of charge. I cannot recommend this bike - and the whole Flit team - highly enough!

Very good looking bike, ride very well. But the better part is Flit team, they always be there for you. Kind, polite and helpful. From first order on Kickstarter to personal delivery, they make me feel like I’m part of the journey with them. Great bike Great experience THANKS.

Brilliantly designed bike. Responsive, fast, fun. Quick to fold up or down. Easy to carry up flights of stairs or onto public transport. The flit team are really friendly too - always quick to respond to any questions I have thrown their way (much of it my own stupidity!). You can tell they're very proud of the bike and rightly so. I'm looking forward to future products from them!

Flit-16 is an amazing little city bike that can go anywhere, do anything. The team is extremely friendly and always helpful. Can't wait to see what they'll come with next!

The Flit is great for what it is designed to do. And for me that's to get me around the city fast with no hassle.
The bike is good but what's more important is support and the Flit team have excelled.

I've ridden the FLIT several times and haven't got around to buying one yet. With raving positive reviews like this it's obvious that this is an utterly superb product backed-up by thoughtful and efficient customer service, the key to success. Bravo team FLIT.

The Flit team have been in touch in a very bespoke and personal way throughout the whole journey and the bike is really awesome - I am so pleased I bought it! I cannot recommend the integrity and quality of everything they have done for me - and so great to be supporting such a great team of young innovators! Chapeau!!

This is such a nice company to deal with! I enjoyed getting the updates for the manufacturing and delivery of the the bikes. My queries were quickly and efficiently answered.

Excellent Startup, really put a great deal of effort into ensuring they delivered a quality product during difficult time.

The bike itself is beautifully crafted with subtile power delivery. Adding a coule of gears to the drive train would make it perfect.

The FLIT e-bike is truly wonderful, great design, neat fold and easy to take with you in the car or roll onto a train. The FLIT comes with 5 assist levels which makes going up hills a breeze, also the bike feels good on the road. FLIT Team made sure my order arrived safely and they added on the additional items I ordered which was appreciated. Would highly recommend the FLIT e-bike!

I had an issue with one of the parts and initially tried to solve it myself, thinking it would be simple to do so, and also with the thought that the good people at Flit would be busy and therefore I didn't want to bother them. I ended up contacting them after not being able to fix it, and they were more than happy to assist. They were very responsive and did everything they could to help, and eventually the issue was resolved. The bike is running well and I've been happy riding around New York City with it.
