Good service.
I have to say I was very surprised at how pleasant my journey was. I travel from London to Amsterdam/The Hague by air 3 times a month. As I had plenty of time I thought I’d try this service. So cheap and I found it quite comfortable. Service ran on time. Couldn’t fault anything.
My train and flixbus left me at the airport
My train got cancelled so Google maps told me to go with the flux bus it was midnight and i just wanted to go home they only accepted cash i couldnt by a ticket online and they left me at the airport with no way home. I used to love the flix bus to travel around Europe but this no more. i was threaded inhumanly because they didn't accept any other way off pay, I'll try to never take flixbus again
Bus driver attacking passengers. Never go for Flixbus.
Today (17.01.2024, at 17.05 min) I had a trip to Germany, leaving from Utrecht.
Before leaving, the bus driver attacked me and refused to let me on the bus.
He checked the QR code and started to shout for an ID. I was extremely offended with the situation, and even after other passengers coming to help me, he closed the door of the bus and left.
I had to find another solution to go to Germany, waiting 3 hours more and paying 89 euros extras for a train tickets.
This isn’t normal, and such driver put the life of passengers in risk.
Flixbus must take serious measures about it.
Definitely my last time with Flixbus.

Toilet in the bus is not working, bus doesn't make sanitary stops. WiFi is not working on iPhone.

AVOID Flixbus at all cost!
The bus on our first trip had a one hour delay and smelled like cigarettes. The bus on our return trip had a 2 hour delay, of which we weren't notified, nor were we presented with alternative solutions. Afterwards, we asked customer service for a refund, which should be a possibility according to the passenger rights on their website, however, they refused. Customer service made up a rule. According to them we should have refused the trip in order to get a refund, even though their own website states otherwise. The chauffeur also drove like a madman, disregarding several laws and as well as all around decency on the road. Please AVOID Flixbus!
Worst experience my bus got cancelled…
Worst experience.... my bus got cancelled last minute Belgium to London paid high amount for hotel. next day I paid for seat 10 A 10 B I didn't get seat which I paid for at last I got seat which is near to toilet which it smell the entire journey for 9 hrs. Driver was not helpful......pls don't travel in Felix bus.....

1 star is too much. Our Flixbus departed from Zurich an hour later than expected and arrived in Milan two hours later, which made us miss our connection to Rome. We had to wait 2 whole hours in the cold at night and pay for new tickets, for a Flixbus that was also late. Customer service is UNEFFICIENTLY DISGUSTING, they don’t want to refund the exact amount we paid for the new tickets as “their service” states we paid less. We even have the bank statement proving exactly how much we paid. people please, spend more money on a flight or train, as saving for a Flixbus is absolutely NOT worth it. Never ever ever again
You’ll lose more money than you save with Flixbus
Cheap tickets but no travel. Absolutely horrible experience with this company and their client service. My bus was supposed to leave at 15:45. We receive a mail saying that the bus is delayed to 16:30, a whole 45 mins later. Ok, its raining, I am going to find some cover and keep checking the tracker. Nothing changes until 16:05 where the tracker says that the bus has now left at 16:01 and is now gone. I try to contact the costumer service which tries to tell me that it is not their fault. They did not expect me to have screenshots of everything that proved my points clearly cause as soon as they realised that I was right they closed the chat. Very professional. Now I had to pay 40€ for a train as there were no more busses today. A clown company I am never trusting again.
Excellent drivers, very safe, very friendly
Bus arrived exactly on time. Luggage loaded by friendly drivers. Get on board and let it all happen.
No hassle with checking in at airport. No miserable security staff. You even get a ticket for a meal on board of the ferry when you cross the channel.
Last but not least, our drivers were very, very good indeed. Safe and smooth.

Coupon instead of repayment when I advised them on time that I couldn't travel. They didn't return my money but gave me a voucher.

Bus delayed without any notification
Bus delayed without any notification , supposed to leave at 17:15 and left at 18:50 . First notification about the delayment came at 19:15. Because of the delayment i missed the connection and have to wait another 3 hours.
The bus left earlier
Once I ordered tickets in Poland from Zakopane to Warsaw. unfortunately, due to a problem with maps, I was supposed to arrive at the station in 2 minutes, but when I ran to this station, I saw the bus already turning at the intersection. he just left a few minutes early. when I wrote this to technical support and showed proof that I bought tickets for the next bus, they wrote to me that they could not refund the money because it was not proof and the bus left on time. terrible company

If you care about your safety
If you care about your safety, then definitely not the company for you. The bus driver I had was wearing over the ear headphones and singing loudly at 4 in the morning while everyone was trying to sleep. His second bus driver kept looking at me weirdly and I woke up at around 5 to them driving very dangerously. Of course when I contacted FlixBus about this (as well as a few other things that they did during the ride) I got a generated response. Very disappointing. Never again.

I purchased a ticket to go from Philadelphia to NYC and unfortunately the bus never showed up.
I could not call the (German) customer service number and nobody replied to my messages in the chat.
I’m never using Flixbus again.

Bus 813. 18th of November. 12:45 bus to Brussels. My stop was Den Haag. The bus driver asked me for my passport and he became very rude. Passport isn't needed to travel in den haag. I have traveled more than 50 times back and forth with the same company. He was extremely rude!! That's ridiculous. The fact that is cheap doesn't mean we can treated like this
Inflexible
I had booked a Flixbus bus to go from Slovenia to Rotterdam. At the last minute, I had to board the bus at the following stop compared to the one on my ticket. I was not allowed on the bus because of un-flexible company policies and had to pay for a full extra ticket on the following bus. This bus was late and I lost my connection. I was not eligible for any reimbursement and had to hitchhike from Munich to Rotterdam. The company should revise it’s flexibility and allow passengers also to board at following stops (which, btw, would be a cheaper ticket) if they want to be competitive with trains and other modes of transportation. Very questionable customer service.

They don't even deserve a star
They don't even deserve a star. Bus was scheduled to leave at 06:45 but left around 07:30. We were on our way to Antwerp and the drivers can barely communicate where the hell the buses will go. Most of them are anti-social or can barely speak english, nor communicate the destination or time properly, for heaven's sake.One driver kept speaking german, one in polish with no empathy whatsoever. No apologies or notification in advance for the delay leaving all passengers in limbo. The journey was rough, because the driver was inexperienced. The toilet had no water, stinky and can't even flush. Upon arrival in Berchem, the driver barely new what the hell was going on and even checked google maps if the stop was accurate. I will never take flixbus again. The service is so bad, you'll be happy to walk instead of taking their unfriendly service and stinky vehicle. I cancelled my return ticket because I don't want the stress anymore.
