I'll try it first before I can say what my experience is

My experience was good all the way through with the explanation of the product until after I ordered the 4 pack, then it happened, The add ons! Just like all the other sales pitches for weight loss, pills to get rid of diabetes, etc., etc., Then you start adding items to buy extra, why can't y'all be up front with a complete sales pitch? Check the boxes for all the items you want from the beginning, if you don't want a item don't check that box, then check out, Pay, your done. To me, I feel like I'm being scammed in to buying extra items that I really don't need. If I need those items to operate my flixy correctly, then sell all the items as a packaged deal. But you need to let the customers know up front the the extra items are not needed to operate the flixy but the customer can buy the extra items to upgrade the users experience, Thanks! I'm on a fixed income and it would be nice to cut out the cable/satellite BILL!

Once I placed the order I never got any confirmation of any kind of Had to call to find out about my order. Then still no emails about expected delivery date or anything else. Finally called support and that’s the best thing about this company.

Your Easy to do

The TV sticks require a USB C connector. Nowhere in the documentation does it indicate what voltage is required.

My purchase was not great but my experience with the support team has so far been good. They have responded quickly to my queries. My purchase was disappointing. I had already purchased once before from you a TV Stick which has not worked out well for me. So I additionally ordered a Flexi Stick from you as it was rated higher than lthe TV Stick. You did not send me a Flexy Stick - you sent another TV Stick. I do not want it and I will return it unused and request a full refund.

I place an order of 4 TV Stick. Just after I place the order
my wife told me see had already gotten some streaming sticks. So I try to cancel the order, but it was already put in for shipping. That's why I'm returning them, the service was good.

disappointed. big let down. product didn't function as advertised. I wish I could leave a better review but unfortunately the product didn't meet my expectations
