I've rented a car with my credit card, floa debit immediately 900€ from my main account, its been 10 days now the car rental credit floa but they kept the money and not transferring back to my main account, honestly I didn't imagine a bank could take your money and not giving it back.
This is strictly illegal, if you have to pay a deposit do not use their card
Update after 2 hours spend on CS i finally got a manager and they refunded the money

I decided to cancel an application for a revolving credit facility as is my right under French law but this company has decided to mess me about by claiming my cancellation request was not made within the 14 day window when it most certainly was. If this is how they operate I can see I had a close escape.

I am modifying this feedback at the request of FLOA. I experienced significant problems with FLOA’s customer service, which took three months to resolve. Only after posting my complaint on social media did they contact me and resolve the situation to my satisfaction.
Note to management: please be more accessible to your clients, particularly those who have been hacked. Being a victim of fraud is stressful enough without having to deal with unresponsive customer service that seems not to care.
Je modifie cet avis à la demande de FLOA. J’ai rencontré d’importants problèmes avec le service client de FLOA, qui ont mis trois mois à être résolus. Ce n’est qu’après avoir publié ma réclamation sur les réseaux sociaux qu’ils m’ont contacté et ont réglé la situation à ma satisfaction.
À l’attention de la direction : soyez plus accessibles pour vos clients, en particulier ceux qui ont été victimes de piratage. Être victime de fraude est déjà assez stressant sans avoir à subir un service client peu réactif et qui semble indifférent.

Basically they treat you as they don't want to help. Asking for the same thing over and over again, sending you from one persona to the other, making mistakes that could actually lead you to send the wrong amount of money, etc.

The most exhausting waste of time and simply out of order. Agreed an installation payment with them. Warned them in advance I needed to give them a different card. A month later they have still been unable to facilitate my payment. It did not work using a UK card. None of the links they sent me worked. It's an experience no one should go through. It's been endless. There is no clarity. No one you speak to knows which cards they accept. I suggested a bank transfer. They could not do that even.

Horrible customer service. Scammers showing offers which are not even according to the legal standards.
By the phone, they close in face of the customers. By chat, they pretend to not understand what you ask for. Hidden conditions to review your file. Website blocked in the last step to finalize my file, then I was told I should try again, then that I am cancelled due to confidential reasons.
