I missed my delivery form APC

I missed my delivery form APC
On my second attempt I left a note asking to leave the parcel by the back door.
I was met with a note that says "can't leave"
Now that I have not been able to revive the parcel twice I am unable to reschedule a delivery and have to go to the depot which is an hour's drive away.

This isn't a reflection of float but the inflexibly of the courrier. You can't leave delivery instructions online or at your door and the message saying when the parcel will be delivered comes too late to change anything.

as already said

as already said, delivery didnt happen had to be reshipped, when goods arrived they were almost out if date. When I complained I was given a tefund but told “never order from us again, we do not want your custom”! hardly good customer service

Lovely milk smelly boxes

My delivery went missing and when it arrived the boxes had been left somewhere there was damp mould the smell was awful. Luckily as usual there was nothing wrong with the milk after removal from the boxes. I am enjoying my cuppas. I do not believe that the cause or the smelly boxes were down to Float . Delivery as anything can happen once it has left them.

You have taken payment on the 10th…

You have taken payment on the 10th January and my order still has not arrived. I’ve sent two emails asking where my order is and I have been ignored. I have even now cancelled my subscription to avoid you taking more money and failing to deliver. Yet you still keep sending me the same emails asking for feedback!?! Crazy!

Perfect

Perfect - happy customer! I am normally quite lazy and end up just using Amazon for convenience rather than hunting around but I had a suspicion that I was overpaying for long life milk deliveries via Amazon, the prices seemed really steep. I did a search and found Float, found that they were *half* the price of Amazon, placed an order and it was delivered quickly (next day) and well packaged. Couldn't be happier and will definitely be using them again

Absolutely amazing and easy to order…

Absolutely amazing and easy to order and the delivery is very efficient and fast, I have been looking high and low for lactose free milk for my boys to some supermarkets having them and then months of not having it. As you can imagine my absolute relief to find FLOAT they have been so amazing and affordable as well I am forever ordering from them. Thank you and Happy New year to the FLOAT TEAM :)
