I need a refund because my item never was shipped, I need to know how solicite it.

I really don't even want to give this company 1 star. I received a kit and I started it but it was such a messed up pattern that I can't finish it. I have done about 20 of these diamond arts (not from this company) and have never had problems. Very disappointed because I wanted the picture. I texted them and have heard NOTHING from them. Don't order because it's not worth the wait for it.

The only problem i have is heavy delays in delivery , that may not be your fault after you have posted of parcels....could i suggest floating styles use a more effecient and faster courier for a more prompt delivery service.

This kit took a long time to come in but I think the delay was due to COVID. I haven’t started it yet but it looks to be a great painting. I’m giving it to my teenage grandson for Christmas. I love diamond dots!! It’s a great hobby and very relaxing.

I enjoyed my kit, all drills were there. That is important to me.

The picture was great, had all the colors of drills. The only complaint I had was the symbols were very small and some were blurry. I had to guess on a few cause I couldn't make out the color. Some of the symbols were too much alike, so made it hard to tell the difference.

No sparkle whatsoever. Canvas poor quality. Won’t order from them anymore

Ordered on June 22 and still have not received. Order#Flosty15010U. Says it was fulfilled. Have not been able to customer service

I am very pleased with my purchase. I award you 5 stars for quality and deliverance.

I ordered a 5 panel set. 2 panels were missing, and 18 of the gem colors were missing.

Took way to long to receive my order. The picture is nice, just as shown. However, no real instruction sheet and letters & numbers are printed very tiny. Order only if you are willing to wait six weeks or longer to get your order.

The pic are well made, and I have not had missing gems.

I had placed an order for a very large vertical painting with a single blue peacock and instead received a very large horizontal painting with two peacocks. I specially chose a vertical painting to do for my room and was disappointed as the item received will not fit in the area it was intended for. Unfortunately it took well over nine weeks to get the painting and by that time it was not worth trying to get it fixed since it was outside of the return policy. I’m not sure if I will ever purchase from here again, especially when paying a very large sum of money and not getting the right painting. I had doubled checked and item number I purchased is not the item number I received. It’s a pretty painting but not what I had selected and paid for.
