Customer service was excellent initially, we spent ages trying to find a specific unit that was in stock, and when reaching out to discuss what we were after the replies were prompt and professional, I then placed the order, made payment and waited…
We were then left waiting with no further updates. After multiple emails (many unanswered) reaching out for a delivery date and to ask where our order was we were told it had already been delivered.
I was left trying to find a way to contact the delivery company to then find out it was returned back to the seller!
Many many emails were sent which remained unanswered, as well multiple calls to a phone line which is constantly ‘busy’.
