Just had FloEnergy coat our stone house with Properla Masonery Creme and would like to say thank you to the whole team of FloEnergy for their great service and in particular five stars goes to the installation team for their excellent professional workmanship, great communication skills and leaving everything clean and tidy when they had finished.

A great service from the team They were very pleasant and very efficient. The place was spotless after they left. I will definitely contact Floenergy again for any future work.

Unprofessional and uncommunicative. Having made an appointment for a visit it was a 'no-show'. No explanation, no apology, no communication and a failure to answer the telephone.

It was only a week between initial quotation and installation, despite me being in north-east Scotland. The installer took care of everything, even working into the evening to get the job completed on time, despite having some tricky cable routes to run.
The phone gets answered very quickly by real humans who are very helpful and provide all the right answers.
I'm just really happy :)

Had a battery added to my solar setup. The installation was quick and smooth. The team knew exactly what they were doing and explained everything clearly. Whole process felt professional and well-organised.

The team at Flo Energy where very efficient - followed up after a cold call a year ago and as said, got back to us a year later to check up. They gave us a slightly better deal than a competitor and where quick to implement - polite and effecient through out and the guys that came to remove the foam from our roof worked really hard doing some long days! The place was spotless when they left. Basically Flo energy did what they said they would -yay! Thanks to all the team at Flo Energy.

I have used FloEnergy for a solar maintenance plan which I'm very happy with, but more recently they provided an exterior wall coat which has removed all the damp from my bedroom and sitting room.
My entire experience with FloEnergy has been flawless.
From the initial consultation with Richard through to the application of the coating and the aftercare.
I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have dealt with FloEnergy for some time and enjoy talking to Emma who is always very professional and deals with all the problems I have had since installing a new system to upgrade the one I had from 2011. We have a lot of power outages and this tends to knock my system out but FloEnergy have always come to fix it. Recently I have had two men here for five days painting the house with Properla and the place looks fantasic. I have on several occasions been approached by Flo-energy who said they wanted to come and deal with my system. This is a bogus company who have obtained details of FloEnergy customers and put the phone down as soon as I said I was expecting a visit the next day from the real company! I have nothing but praise for the real company. They are helpful, honest and trustworthy.

We should be able to opt for zero stars. I would not recommend this company. They are cowboys. As I see it they rip off vulnerable customers, and there seems to be a common theme in these reviews if you look through them.

This company hired an incompetent tradesperson, and even after providing evidence of damage and incomplete works, the company gave no apology and only took the word of the tradesperson and continued to tell us he was a skilled person, who’s work they’d had no previous complaints. Which I found hard to believe. Flo energy did not personally come to view the damage.

Flo energy did eventually send out new tradespersons some time later to fix damage and complete the work. The new tradespersons were shocked at the state of the property and informed us it was not the first property they had to sort out after the original tradesperson.

UPDATE: we have been in touch numerous times to follow up the small compensation offered. However Flo Energy have not been forthcoming with this. Again it’s all lip service.

My advice to anyone looking at this company is to do your research and look elsewhere.

I had foam removed from my roof, installed in 2019, all thought the guys were late arriving due to traffic, hence didn't leave my property till 7.45pm, a very long day for all, they were excellent and worked exceptionally hard with very little fresh air time. they were polite and considerate. I was quite amazed at the bags of foam removed!! Cleaning up could have been better as their hover was 'clapped out', they need their own dustpan and brush and a medical kit!! nothing to do with my job 1 guy had a bad cut on his finger and another asked for Panadol, which I did supply. I am very relieved to have had it done and can only thank the team I had. Foam removal the following day was equally efficient

Today a young man named Lee came to carry out the first of my annual maintenance procedures and he was most efficient, polite and helpful, explaining the tasks that he was performing with great clarity. I look forward to an increase in the efficiency of my panels as a result.

I’m only giving this company 1 star as I didn’t have a zero option my father in law cliff Roberts had flo energy to give a quote for servicing solar panels over a 3 year period and paid upfront £3000 that was over 2 years ago and no one has been and sent several emails which got no response and phoned more than 50 times and no one answered I’ve put him in touch with my own solicitor now as he’s been very distressed and being 78 it’s not been good on his health I just thought I’d make other potential customers to avoid at all cost and never pay upfront this company are scammers and to rip off the elderly is disgusting im not going to let this drop because if my solicitor gets no response to letters sent I’ll be going to the office

All members of this company that I have come in contact with have been excellent, helpful and polite. Pigeon proofing done on a rainy day with no complaints. Both members of the team who did the installation and the office staff were a pleasure to deal with - thank you.

Tony and Mark have done a brilliant job on painting our external rendering; they could not have been more helpful in complying with our requests and leaving the site in good condition.

Had my panels installed a year ago and they work fine, install team managed to break a roof tile and instead of replacing it tried to use some flashing to stick it together and moved it to another location on the roof in an attempt to hide it under the panels, when they finally came back to replace it they brought the wrong tile so I ended up sorting it myself.
The electrician had to fit a consumer unit as there were no spare spaces on my one. The electrician found a used and damaged plastic one in the back of his van so fitted this which is not acceptable and not up to current code. A year on and they still haven’t been back out to swap it or complete my install paperwork. They are ignoring my calls, emails and WhatsApp messages which is poor considering I still have 1k to pay when they complete this

** now 2 years on and still not sorted, now they are just ignoring emails. Look at the photo of the shoddy consumer unit they fitted for the panels, this is the condition it was found in in the back of the van and clearly old and used. Not safe at all, a real fire risk. This is what they find acceptable when you are spending thousands.**

Brilliant service lovely staff very helpful answered all the questions I needed answering I was having issues with my battery and they come over within a week and done a great job installing new battery for me definitely highly recommend !!!!

Arrived promptly, All contct with staff both on and off site was polite and efficient, the onsite staff worked hard and got6 the job done

Ladt week I wrote a bad review titled "Dodgy,". Then had a call from the real Flo energy team! Very nice guy who explained they did not deal with domestic solar systems. Seems as though another party has been using their good name, cold calling and trying to get you to replace your inverter with one of their own!
