Good interesting products, poor customer service
Making an order was very easy.
Customer service was slow to respond.
I like the arm sleeve as it helps me with padel.
I got the 3D S-mash socks which gave me a rash due to the latex. I have never had issues with latex sensitivity or glue sensitivity in the past.
I had contacted floky before my warranty deadline was over but it took them days (almost a week) to get back me, which then they told me I had passed the 14 day return period and denied me a refund.
Overall good interesting products, how.much it helps has yet to be proven, customer service was not good or helpful.

I do jogging 2/3 times a week
I do jogging 2/3 times a week - circa 10/13 km each time… clearly not a pro, but enough to feel the differences between equipments. Since I started using Floky, the “experience” is completely different: much lighter and less fatigue on the legs, therefore also a faster recovery time.
Strongly recommended, great product and technology.
