The customer service is like a no respect to customers. Forever waiting and no response.

I bought a screen protector and got it delivered to Germany — no issues, easy application, good fit. Nothing to complain about!

Great product. Great fit to iPhone 15 pro max and clearly a well designes product.
Enjoyning a lot so far.

A week later I have no product and no estimated delivery date. This company is a complete joke. If you buy something certainly don’t buy it direct.

Love the product, but the shipping is a whole different story. According to my tracking the origin of shipment was in Chino. This is approximately 1.5 hours drive from my residence. After going in circles going to different locations, it finally made it's way to my house FOUR DAYS LATER! I also have the lens protectors that were ordered the same day and status shows "Out for Delivery" since yesterday 12-9-2025. Today is 12-10-2025. Still waiting on that item to show up. The two companies are GOFO for the screen protector and UniUni for the lens protector. According to the FloLab their website under "shipping" they use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. I reached out to FloLab and have not heard back. I knew I should have ordered it on Amazon.

Overpriced screen protector IMO. I baby my phone, that said, it's had maybe 2 minor drops since I got it, and the screen protector, 2 months ago.

Minor scratches appeared on the protector almost immediately, and this week I had a crack running from bottom left corner to top right corner. Just a single crack, no suggestion of an impact point.

I realise they offer a replacement if you pay for postage, but I live outside the US, so that's pointless.

New phone, need to protect it. The choices are overwhelming. I slammed through the Belkin I bought at the Apple Store before I had time to register it. Reviews sent me to FloLabs. The choices are daunting if you don't know what you need. I watched a few ads and made my pick. After all, they also have a replacement guarantee. I was disciplined and registered.

Well, try making a claim.

They ask for a mirror selfie. WTF? I had to google it. (I'm also an award winning filmmaker, I know my tech. But it was a challenge.) Once you get that selfie to reveal the chip on the indistructable screen, it should be easy peasy, right? Ha! The way the claim system is programmed, you load the info and it disappears. Over and over. Who has the time for this? And that is exactly what they said when they created their nifty form.
They are not indestructible, not cheap and impossible to claim for a replacement.

The screen protector was good and they offered a lifetime warranty. It needed replacing and I’ve filled out the form on their website twice and got no response. In my experience there is no warranty which makes it overpriced and not worth the money. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.

Great screen protector for my iPhone 17 Pro Max! Installation was a breeze and screen protector is top quality. I love that there are no light bleeds on the edges of the screen unlike my previous screen protector. Would definitely recommend!

The flolab screen protector for the iphone 17 is absolutely great except it is too big to be compatible with a quadlock case. When you put the case on, it wedges underneath and lifts the edges of the screen protector which leaves about 40% of the screen as air bubbles which you absolutely cannot remove. Flolab apologised and accepted that their "case compatible" product isn't compatible with my case but said I couldn't return it as it was now used. They refused to issue me a refund but did offer me 30% off a new flolab screen protector... which of course also wouldn't have fitted. No doubt it is compatible with some cases. DO NOT BUY if you have a quadlock case.

Easy installation, smooth screen and less fingerprint issues.

After only 15 days and without having put it in the same pocket as keys or coins, I already have scratches on the screen protector...

I ordered a screen protector last month and at first, it had bubbles which I could not remove until several times trying next day. There is also a lot of dust under the protector which is annoying and therefore I asked Flolab if they could send me a new one but I never got a reply.

The application method is weird because you clean the screen before the application and yet it will still get dust while putting the applicator on the phone.

I want a replacement product.
This time I would clean the applicator too.

I can change my review depending on Flolabs response.

Ordered the nanoarmour 7 with privacy glass and the product cracked within the first week or two. Very disappointed for the price I paid and for the fact that I have to pay for shipping each time this happens, which seems like it will be a lot

Had bubble problem. Their initial response “don’t worry“, “your concern important and will be promptly resolved“. After responding to their query about my phone case, there was no subsequent response to three following emails. However, within hours of an initial review, they responded with helpful suggestions and an offer to replace the protector. Unless you are very patient, avoid frustration and time wasting, perhaps consider an alternative protector.

Screen protector started developing a crack from bottom and kept expanding over two weeks, now there is a visible crack from bottom to top. I contacted collab for warranty claim and getting ghosted. I don’t recommend.
