"Very disappointing experience

"Very disappointing experience. Received the wrong size mattress, mattress protector is still missing, and the issue remains unresolved. Customer service keeps asking me to wait, but there is no proper solution. Spending over an hour on calls feels like dealing with a government office. Money is stuck, product is wrong, and support is extremely poor. Would not recommend."

I ordered a pillow on 30 April

I ordered a pillow on 30 April, and even after several weeks, I still have not received it. I contacted customer support multiple times, and after nearly 20 days, I was finally told that my order had been misplaced. This was extremely disappointing.
After that, a supervisor assured me that the pillow had been reordered and would be delivered within one week. Now two more weeks have passed, and I still haven't received anything. Every time I contact support, I get the same promises: "24 to 72 hours" or "it will be delivered soon." Unfortunately, none of these commitments have been fulfilled.
What frustrates me the most is the lack of transparency and accountability. Instead of providing accurate updates, I have been given one excuse after another. The customer service team and supervisors keep making promises that are never honored.
A company can make mistakes, but repeatedly misleading customers and failing to resolve issues for over a month is unacceptable. The delivery system is extremely poor, and the overall customer experience has been terrible.
Flo Mattress talks a lot about trust and customer satisfaction, but my experience has been the complete opposite. Based on what I have gone through, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Think twice before placing an order if you expect timely delivery and honest communication.
Very disappointed. Not trustworthy at all.

Very bad experience with flo mattress…

Very bad experience with flo mattress in respect of delivery. Even customer service is not up to the mark. I came here to review against my frustrations. I purchased flo floats at rs. 16k around 8inches thick mattress on 24th of May. But still not delivered even after many follow ups. Customer service is constantly assuring us that it will be delivered within 48 hrs. I don't know what should I do. Don't go for this frnds. It will give you tension nothing else. Afterall It is all about 16k.

Facing a disgusting issue

Never purchased from this company, they are literally disgusting team members and their company is also a fraud. I had ordered a mattresses then because of size issue i had to exchange it with another one and it takes allover one month and after one month I didn’t got my exchange one then i said them to give my money back and i did payment as COD so i said them how you pay to me then they said we share link to you on your mail id its been one week already still i am not get any of link on my mail id. Literally its very frustrating to call them as regularly and still hear that you have to do wait for it. Disgusting service. And i recommend to you all not to purchase them ever.

Dear Fellow Customers,

I'm writing to share my extremely disappointing experience with Flo Mattress. I placed an order for 5 mattresses and mattress protectors worth ₹50,000 in November 2025. It's now May 2026, and my issues remain unresolved.

Despite multiple follow-ups, they delivered products individually, and the sizes were incorrect - not once, but twice. I escalated the issue to Director Gaurav Zatakia, but there's been no resolution.

They charged me ₹1,300 to return the incorrect item (their mistake!) and took a month to locate my UPI payment. Their customer service is unprofessional, and they're asking me to return the wrong item before sending the correct one.

I'm sharing this to warn others about their poor service. If you need their senior management contact details, contact me 7219488884 I'm also seeking legal help to resolve my issue and invite others to join me in holding them accountable.

Be cautious dealing with Flo Mattress. Their 100-day guarantee means nothing after my experience.

Beware once you make a payment say bye to the money

Scam company..alert they have taken 12000 for a matress and given wrong size on purpose and to lie they will say wait 24-48 hours and after that they will say cannot accept return and to get the right size you have to wait for 1 week and yeah then they ask for more money ..when it is originally their mistake in sending the wrong size ..and no higher management who ever calls back..all fake hopes

Very pathetic service

Very pathetic service they are providing. I ordered mattress on 7th of April. They cancelled my product on 16th April. Without sending any email or justification that for what reason they cancelled my order. 1day before i called for the status they say its dispatched and will be there with you in 24hrs. Then I reorder the product and told me i will get it on 26th. Today is 27th April and still there is no updates. Whenever I ask them they are like. We have raised the query you will get it 24hrs. Whenever I asked to connect me with your seniors or managers they are like we are working from home we can’t transfer the call. But manager will call you in 24hrs. And they never call. Still waiting for the updated and managers call. 🤣 so worst and pathetic service they are providing.

I order a matress on 5th April.I waited for 1 week still no update regarding dispatch.I got frustrated after multiple conversations with the customer service but never received a satisfactory response.Everytime I called them they gave 72hrs waiting time and it repeats.The couldn't dispatch my order after waiting for 1.5weeks.Everytime I contacted them they said we are escalating the issue and wait for 72 hrs.I asked them to cancel the order for which it took another week and multiple follow up.Worst customer support ever.Till date it's 23rs April today I haven't yet received my refund.Whenver I call them they again asked to wait for 72hrs as they have escalated the issue but this 72 hrs never come.I don't even know if the refund is initiated or not as every other executive gives a different day for the refund initiation,some say it was initiated on 17 ,some say 16, some say 19,some say 20.My money is stuck with them and by credit card bill has generated so I have to pay for something which I have never received. I have initiated a chargeback from my bank for this transaction but it will take time for them to verify so I have to pay for something which I haven't received.
They are fraud, they are scammers ,never ever buy from them.If you face any single issue with the item remember it's on you,they are never gonna help you and you will be stuck with the product.Go for some other brand after doing a proper research and check the reviews.Its better to buy from platforms like flipkart or amazon ,atleast they will take the accountability.I will never recommend anyone to buy from FLO matress,they are fraud and zero customer satisfaction and support.

I am writing this to warn potential customers about Flo Mattress. I placed my order (#1509649560FLOPESO) on April 8, 2026. It has been over 14 days, and I have received zero updates, no tracking number, and absolutely no response to my emails.

Their customer support is non-existent. They first promised dispatch within 3 days, then went completely silent. This is a highly unprofessional organization that does not honor its transactions. I have sent a final notice and will be initiating a chargeback through my bank and filing a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline. Save your money and your peace of mind—buy elsewhere.

Once of the worst service they’re…

Once of the worst service they’re providing with good product. It was supposed to be delivered by april-01 but delivered on April-07. They’re giving false promises. They’re playing with our time and money and there is no proper information why and when it is going to be delivered. I recommend don’t buy these products if there is emergency.

I bought two mattress which were antigravity. I requested to replaced them on 18 March. First mattress, I received After 13 Days on 31st March that also used one not a fresh mattress . And second, I have not received yet it’s 6 April. They are very bad to replacement service and delivery service

17 days - No mattress, no refund

Ordered the Flo Anti-Gravity Natural Latex Mattress directly from flomattress.com on March 17. Today is April 4 and I have no mattress and no refund.

Timeline of failures:

March 30: Got false dispatch confirmation in writing

March 31: Head of Customer Support personally committed to dispatch via email - never happened

April 2: Order cancelled via phone support - received official cancellation email - still no refund sent

April 4: Emails ignored, no update, no resolution

Their support team makes commitments they do not keep. If anything goes wrong with your order, you are completely on your own. Avoid buying directly from their website.

Pathetic......Worst experience ever

Pathetic......Worst experience ever. Very poor service.
Don’t rely on the delivery timelines mentioned on their website. They claim delivery within 6 days, but in reality, They took 18 days and still order not delivered also it keeps getting delayed day after day without any proper explanation.
Finally i cancelled my order, . It took multiple follow-ups to finally get it cancelled. On top of that, the refund process was also unnecessarily delayed.

In today’s market, it is rare to see a founder personally step in and stay engaged for customer satisfaction — and that level of accountability speaks volumes about the brand’s values and long-term credibility.
