Ordered a shirt that took well over a month to be delivered even though we paid an extra $15 for it to be shipped to my home within 2 days. Quality of shirt is faded & very disappointing. Customer service is as good as their clothing which is garbage. Worst $37 I’ve ever spent
I had a wonderful experience. The shirt came in a good amount of time it took like a day or two over a week. Quality was also great. I would say order 2 weeks ahead though bc I ordered before and it took like 2 full weeks. Other than that they are wonderful.
I ordered a shirt from them on 4/29/25 for my daughter’s birthday which was 5/18..Shipping details said 5-8 business days however the label was created and stayed in VA Beach for weeks..we didn’t receive the merchandise until 5/22 which was only after I contacted them via email and text telling them that I wanted to cancel the order and receive a full refund because her birthday had passed and we no longer needed the shirt. I received no response from the chats nor the text messages instead they went ahead and shipped the shirt anyways in which I received in 3 days. I Will never order from here again..The customer service is horrible!!!
I ordered a Snoopy tee to match a pair of Jordan's that I own. On the website, the item was shown with several stacked shoe boxes with Nike logos on them. Upon receipt of my item, I noticed that my shirt had no Nike logos. I emailed customer service with pictures of the defect twice before getting a reply. Someone finally responded & offered to reprint the shirt correctly for me. I was satisfied with this resolution. I sent the order number & my email address as requested, but never received a replacement tee. I tried following up with customer service several times via email, but never got another response. By the time I realized that this company had no intention of making things right for me & had, in essence, stolen my money, it was too late to file a claim with my bank.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with an online retailer. Not only will I not patronize this business ever again, I advised three friends, who wanted to purchase items for their children, of my experience & they decided not to do business with them, either. As a proud supporter of small &/or Black owned businesses, I was sorely disappointed with this company's level of unprofessionalism & utter lack of integrity.
