Amazing quality with a fun quirky pattern
The collar is fab...really good quality with a lovely quirky pattern, Winnie loves being a zombie...it arrived quickly and our whipador looks stunning in the collar. The attention to detail on the design is perfect....chuffed to bits with it 😃

As for the product, well I got the Zombie Set for my Siberian Husky. Blu will be 6 this year coming, since I've had blu I've always stuck with manmat untik recently. As I wanted something that would be easier to put on & take off (also for my kids) also something that felt strong & secure.
While searching Google I visited Floof gang a couple of times because it all honestly it was the alternative designs that drew me in first.
We've been using the collar & lead for over a week now, I absolutely love it.
Love the design - the quality of the buckles, the swivel at the bottom of the lead.
It's all fantastic , I'd highly recommend

Had to return a collar as the clasp was…
Had to return a collar as the clasp was faulty, in first use it broke. Quality for price isnt there. The prinit isnt as vibrant. Mine lookes to be sun bleached. Poo bag clasp completely stapped. Customer service has been good at replacing it ,still waiting on mail delivering. Lovely staff, unique patterns but nit worth their mark up

Great quality and service
I got the trippy set and was really pleased when it arrived. The pattern is so unique and of very high quality, I forgot to add the accessory which floof gang kindly arranged for me very quickly so the customer service was top notch also. Would recommend.

Good customer service but bad quality product for price
Quality of the metal parts isn’t that great. The placement of the tag so close the the clip sometimes means the tag gets caught on the leash at times and can easily break the tag off.
The poop bag I got broke within the first use snapped off the leash and was replaced which is why I’m giving a somewhat positive rating. Customer service was good enough to replace free of charge. And arrived in good time (I paid next day delivery)
The set really does not feel to be worth the value of what you pay for them sadly.
I do wish the quality felt better but they just don’t. I wouldn’t buy again.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. The metal hardware we use is high-quality aircraft-grade aluminum, which offers the best strength-to-weight ratio for comfort and durability. Many other sets available at the same price use cheaper zinc alloy hardware, which is less durable and significantly heavier.
Regarding the ID tag holder, it must be positioned near the end of the collar to allow for size adjustment; Sadly, it wouldn’t be possible to place it elsewhere. We apologize for the issue with your poop bag accessory and are glad we was able to resolve this for you with a replacement free of charge.
