A nice phone call.
The next day I received a call, fearing the worst. The lady explained that “did I know I’d bought six tubs, and paid for six.” She explained the offer exists of buy five and get one free. This wasn’t explained on the website. She apologised for the mistake and gave me the refund.
How is that for customer service?

delivery charges were far too high for two small bottles and did not meet the next day criteria.
We will not use this service again.
