I placed order 7500004311 on January 20th
On the 24th, I received only one out of four items without any explanation. After contacting customer service, I received a prompt reply stating that the remaining items were on their way. Eventually, I did receive all four items individually via GLS, and the quality was good.
However, one item was not the exact product I ordered. I was offered a 50% discount on it, which I accepted.
The reason I am not giving a 5-star rating is the lack of proactive information regarding the split shipments, as well as the hassle involving the incorrect item.
