Amazing from start to finish. I can’t rate them high enough. We measured our room, they worked out how much we needed. Everything was ready for our fitter to collect. We will definitely use them again for sure.

It's difficult to choose a wood floor…
It's difficult to choose a wood floor and to imagine what it will look like in your room, but Floor Giants were very helpful with this and their large samples that you can borrow give you a good idea when taken home. We are thrilled with the finished room, both the purchase and the fitting of the floor was first class. Would definitely recommend this store.

Great service - issue handled very well
Good quick service from the gentleman in the shop, Flooring came when promised and was easy to fit. Only thing that let them down was one pack was missing a plank so had to take box back and then wait to receive the missing plank. In their defence it was handled very well.
