I have never received my order

I have never received my order and no response so from customer service. I also found no link to my order (tracking) on the website. I’m really not sure this is a real site!

Hi Catherine, thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry your samples were delayed in the post and that you had to chase us for an update. We replied on the morning of 16 January and sent a second set of samples, which Royal Mail tracking shows as delivered. We hope they arrived safely and that you found them useful. Your comment about tracking is fair, and we’re looking at how to make order updates easier to find. If you ever need anything, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
