Very helpful staff at the showroom , helped us decide. The floor fitters (Ryan and his colleague) worked really hard to lay the herringbone floor which turned out perfectly, we are very pleased with the results and the overall service.

We had drove past flooring surgeons a few times whilst they were setting up their new showroom in Halesowen. Once we were ready for new flooring in our extension we went in. It’s a beautiful showroom and Ed was really helpful. We discussed having kids and a dog and what would be best. Even told to ban my steam mop once my new flooring was in. We had ed out to measure up and had our quote sent out that day.
Week later the fitter has just completed our new floor. It’s amazing. Our fitter was really polite answered all our questions and tided up great after.
Our whole experience has been easy and just great. We have now have one room done and we will definitely be back. A very happy woman

I would recommend flooring surgeons to anyone. What great service from Halesowen branch. From the showroom helping me choose the right flooring for me up to the day of fitting. Day of fitting young professional lad named Ryan turned up. This lad worked hard all day and made a excellent and professional job of my flooring. Brilliant service from start to finish! We were greeted by Paolo & Mani in the Wolverhampton store where they were happy to answer all queries we had and helped us choose appropriate flooring for our home. We had our hallway & downstairs done and the finish is absolutely seamless. Everything was done efficiently and definitely to an excellent standard. Amazing customer service and well informed in-house staff. They offer a free home consultation that allows you to know what you need when it comes to your home flooring. I had my stairs and landing carpeted by these guys, whole process took a total of 2/3 weeks. 10/10 recommend!

We are really pleased and impressed with Flooring Surgeon. They are extremely professional, friendly, helpful. Nothing is too much for them if you have any queries or concerns. The quality of the materials they use is brilliant. They put herringbone in my hallway and kitchen 2 years ago and we had the same flooring laid in our dinning room last week 20/6. It is hard wearing, looks amazing, easy to clean. Ryan the fitter did a first class job in our dining room. He matched it up with the hallway to make it flow in the same direction. Perfect finish. I would highly recommend this company. Mani also who works in the actual shop is super helpful, more like my friend and Paolo who did the measurements and sorts fitter and any queries/concerns is so patient and super helpful also. They have transformed my house into a home.

From the moment we entered the shop to discuss the flooring we wanted to the completed finished new layout it was a perfect experience.
Not only friendly, knowledged staff but the two lads who did the levelling and fitting were highly skilled with no corners cut.
