Great Customer Service

We were initially hesitant to use a purely online retailer but took the chance with the 10% off deal giving us a better price than we could find elsewhere (and a tile type we couldn't find locally). Everything arrived quickly and intact, but unfortunately we recieved the wrong tile colour from the shipper. Floor Mart almost immediately responded to our customer support email with an apology and very kindly offered to ship the correct product to us with the fastest shipping available at their expense. Great customer service and would absolutely use them again.

Great experience

Great experience, found a floor I liked at a store, found it online for $3 cheaper per square foot. After shipping I still saved $2500 total. Would recommend for larger projects, maybe not if the shipping was that cost for a small amount

Great website

Great website, ordered vinyl flooring for my basement and arrived within a week. The delivery drivers put it in my garage and I took it inside. Delivery was reasonably priced since the product was significantly cheaper than any places I checked
