Tried contacting them on three occasions by chat and email, I was promised they would answer my questions but then each
time they never replied. If this is their response to an enquiry to purchase their products what was the chance of them resolving any problems. I’m view of this I decided to look elsewhere for a similar product
Had a leak in my first order but the team at floor saver send me a replacement out the same day. Brilliant customer service.
I ordered some garage floor paint and concrete etch from Floorsaver and 10 days later I still don't have the paint and they won't send it to me on next day or Saturday delivery.
Tuesday of week 1 I order the paint and etch.
Friday I get delivery of the etch and call Fedex myself to chase the paint. They tell me it's been damaged and that the supplier, Floorsaver, should have contacted me. I call Floorsaver, they refund the original order and I order more.
Wednesday of week 2 I get a delivery of 5l of paint when I ordered 7.5l and also 5 litres of etch which I never ordered. Fedex tracking looks like there's another delivery due so I wait another day.
Thursday of week 2 I call Floorsaver and they tell me it's very unusual but they can't send me the missing paint next day or Saturday delivery, only Monday, so I'm waiting another weekend before I can finish the floor.
I would say for a customer that's been let down once before you should go out of your way to arrange a next day delivery of the missing part of their order.
