Rohan came to uplift our floor and lay a new carpet. I think the uplift was a little different to what he expected and caused some issues but for every issue he had a solutions focus.

I could not recommend this company enough… Rohin was amazing from the day he came to measure my home and go through the flooring samples… he explained everything to me and was able to meet all of the requirements that I wanted!
I also booked in for September, but had to rearrange for December which they were happy to do! When it came to laying the flooring they were helpful and completed each room quicker than expected to an amazing standard!
It is a 2 bed flat and I had the flooring laid throughout and it is everything and more of what I wanted and expected!
Even after they had completed the job and I contacted them with a couple of things I was not too happy with they were quick to help and come back to touch up..

I found Floors We Love on Instagram and contacted them to arrange getting a quote for some new flooring for my kitchen. Someone came out to me within a few days and I was provided with lots of knowledgeable information regarding the different options that were available. I felt that this company was very experienced so I proceeded with the booking and the flooring was installed today. It was turned around so fast which is ideal for me as I work from home baking so can’t have the kitchen out of bounds for too long. The flooring looks absolutely gorgeous and the install is flawless. I will definitely be using you guys again when I’m ready to upgrade the rest of the house. Thanks so much !

We initially went to Tapi Carpets and Carpet right but my sister had her carpet fitted by Rohan and team from Floorswelove and recommended this company. I must say Rohan was by far the most competitive price and cared a lot about the knowledgeable and honest service he provided. We had 2 stairs and a landing fitted with bespoke style carpet runners. We also had our new loft room fitted with luxury vinyl tiles. We are really happy with our choice with Rohan's expert opinion. Rohan got a fitting in date quickly and turned up exactly when he said he would. Him and his team were very professional and quick. The whole team were amazing from start to finish. From the initial measuring and advice on which laminate and carpet would work best, to all floors being fitted, I had a very smooth experience. Ro and his colleagues fitted our entire downstairs with engineered wood. He was on time every day, very professional and friendly, and went beyond what he needed to do and did an excellent job.
