I never get my order. They never answered me, no flip-flop, no money. It is a scam!

I ordered on 7th of June and received them today 13th of July (in Belgium). Delivery time is really long but still I got my flip flops.
I was really not expecting them anymore after reading all the comments. So great surprise today! :)
Moreover I forgot to give my email address when I ordered. I could validate without giving it. Really strange to me. And of course I didn't get any order confirmation.....but I got my order!

I did not receive the confirmation email and I never received my order of Havaïanas power sandals: I was however debited and for an amount greater than the display in euros.
The prices seem very attractive but this store is a scam: flee this site!

Dont ever buy something here. Still after a month I havent got my items, but the money they have taken.....

The same as below! I ordered my havaianas on 17 of April and I never received them! I don’t know why them are still working as a website and stealing money from the people! Anybody can do something to stop this scam?
Don’t buy from them!

Ordered flip flops on 10 April. After many messages I have yet to receive a response or my order which included expedited delivery.
Company either has hit its employees with too many flip flops on their head and they cannot process simple emails or delivers orders by wearing the flip flops and walking to your house

Same as below. Order on 7th May and have subsequently heard nothing apart from acknowledgement of purchase email. I began to be suspicious and then checked websites such as Trustpilot to discover a plethora of terrible reviews. I've emailed them twice and heard nothing.
The silver lining in all this is that it's taught me to double check any websites I'm unfamiliar with now before making a purchase. Thankfully, I'm only out of pocket by £19.
My question is how the hell is this company still in operation?

Do NOT order from this company, they are scammers! They took my money I did not recieved my order & they do not respond to emails! 😠

After ten months, neither the money back nor proof of the transfer. As such, this is scam. I will ask those who are entitled not for the value but for your theft.

Do not use this company, they will take your money and will not deliver your order! I placed my order on the 31st May and I still have not received the flip flops. I have contacted customer services who advised that they will chase DHL. I have contacted DHL twice to check if they have received the order from Flopstore and they have said that they have not received anything. I have informed Flopstore that DHL have not received the order and that I want a refund, they are now ignoring my emails. I have since read so many bad reviews about this store that I wish I had never placed the order. It is daylight robbery, they clearly had no intention of ever sending out my order.

Item never arrived, 3 months later and a million emails later I finally got my refund after threatening them that I was going to raise a chargeback request with my back to get the funds back.

Havianas never received and won’t respond to any comms. Apparently dhl have them but they refer me back to Flopstore! Useless - avoid avoid avoid! Big SCAM!

I placed an order in June 2018 and when it had not arrived by August I chased as I needed the order for my holiday. The email response claimed there was a stock shortage. My order hadn't even been dispatched and nobody thought to advise me. I requested a refund. The response said they would forward my claim to their billing department. Despite chasing several times I've never received a refund. Do not but from this fraudulent company unless you like to throw money away.
