Never use Flora2000

Never use Flora2000! First of all, the flowers were never delivered. Never. Yet, I was charged. Additionally, they have removed a way to contact them effectively. I felt scammed!!! And upset that my order was never delivered! They should be shut down!!!

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BELIEVE THEY REVIEWS OR GUARANTEES

Do not believe there customers reviews they are censored because I tried leaving a Negative review and was not able too! Unless I left 3 stars or better. They show you a guaranteed date in the pop up window and it gets there a day late or more! And plus the photos look nothing like what you get! MAY THE BUYER BEWARE!

Use Flora2000 if you want to be let down

So, not one but two unacceptable experiences with Flora2000.
2018 Mothers Day in Canada (May) I ordered flowers about three weeks in advance to ensure I would be able to have them delivered on the day. The recipient was at work at her second job that day and she only works there weekends. I was so annoyed that the flowers were delivered two days early when she was not there. To make things worse, most of them were dead within three days. Flora2000 were terrible to complain to and not interested at all. Valentine’s Day this year I stupidly used them again. What an stupid person I was!
The flowers were not delivered, I received an email the following day to apologise and saying that the delivery was to be rescuduled for the following day but alas no delivery. Another email blaming the florist completing the order. Several emails later over the next couple of days and I received an email stating that they couldn’t fulfil the order and that I would be refunded. They stated this was a one off issue. Hmmmmm twice to me within a year is not a one off!
Totally disgraceful, avoid this company!

I’ve ordered flowers for Valentines

I’ve ordered flowers for Valentines, still no news on arrival... I’ve email flora2000 on all their addresses a few times ie 10 + but no reply. Including to Richard, so called director... NO REPLY. Big mistake using this company. When I get back home to uk, I will do everything I can to make sure the world knows and attempt to bring down this website, so no one else suffers. Terrible terrible terrible 😡🥵🤬

Order flowers but were not delivered

Order flowers but were not delivered, emailed this company, phoned, No answer No reply.
Very disappointed, now want my money back and will be speaking to my bank today.
To any one thinking to buy from this company, it will be a big mistake, just read all the negative reviews.bad,bad company.

Had to give this awful company one star …

Had to give this awful company one star so that I can write a review. WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR!!!! After waiting 8 days for their 'Guaranteed Delivery on time' - and having to do all of the chasing to get something done, they have today said they can move the order to another florist but they cannot arrange for more added flowers by way of an apology to my friend for her 8 days late birthday bouquet - and they didn't even offer me a voucher for discount off a future purchase as an attempt to keep my not insignificant business with them... well shove your flowers where the sun don't shine Flora 2000. I gave you repeated opportunities and even ideas on how to save this situation and avoid a really bad review . BUT you are so NOT into customer care you totally ignored me - AT YOUR PERIL. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR A SECOND.
