What is written nicely on the website is all not true.
I ordered big flower bouquet and paid extra for delivery before 10AM,
What receiver got: absolutely different smaller bouquet with damaged Lilly flower in the center after 10am!!!! Looks cheaper and smaller
So disappointed.

Very disappointing experience
I usually order flowers to india from Australia using Floraindia. My past experiences for sweets and dryfruits has not been positive as expired sweets and lower grade dry fruits were delivered. It is related to the city as well, I believe.
Unfortunately, my recent experience with the company is not positive. I ordered three Diwali gift hampers to different cities. While one is delivered, fate of other two is still not known.
As we all know, calling, messaging, sending emails doesn't help. Forget about money return.
In Australia, we have a department called as'Department of fair trading'. If you are not happy with your business dealing you can approach them and get very quick outcome. If there are lots of complaints against a business, the business loses his licence. I wish, we could have something similar in India as well.

Worst customer service ever ordered flowers month ago and still not delivered and trying to contact them and they are ignoring my messages and said we will issue refund even that is still not given they are scammer dont ordere anything from them they will take your money and wont deliver the products stay away from this site
