AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I’m not sure how they are getting 1.6 stars as not one of us has given more than 1 star. This is my second review as I am still battling. My bank can’t get hold of them either! They don’t answer their phone they don’t reply to texts I have since found an email address they don’t reply to that either. I was embarrassed about the flowers they sent and have contacted trading standards, fraud UK and STRIPE the latter to make them aware not to blame them! They are the company that manages their transactions and have raised a complaint with my bank. Sadly we should have all checked the reviews first but maybe if we all take this further they will have to remove their website so no one else gets ripped off. Lesson learned I will stick with my usual reputable florists from now on but will keep fighting these sub standard cowboys it’s the principle!

Rubbish Service Flores not delivered

Like other people I wished I had read the reviews before ordering, hoped to send daughter flowers for her birthday March 4th , money was taken from bank account but no flowers delivered , phoned twice , answer machine left message they have not got back to me , Very disappointed and upset with the service ,

Stay away

I regret not checking reviews before ordering with this company. No method to contact them apart from a mobile number which no one ever answers. Evri has lost my order and I’ve escalated with them but I still need the merchant to chase this up on their end for my refund as package is lost.

Utterly shambolic

As others have said, if I could leave this company zero stars I would do so. I ordered a birthday card for my 89 y/o aunt who is in a nursing home and from start to finish, the whole experience has been shambolic. Not even an acknowledgment email received. I gave them six days notice to deliver the card on her birthday, today, 18th Feb. Yesterday, I received an email saying they would attempt to deliver the card by the 19th 😡 I tried calling them several times but got no answer on each occasion. Nor could I find an email address for them. Today, I received an email saying my aunt’s card would be delivered today, her birthday. It wasn’t but there was nothing further from this company - no explanation, nothing. How hard is it with almost a week’s notice to deliver a card to an 89 y/o in a nursing home, after paying £20 for the privilege? I have used Flowercard in the past and I shall go back to using them. They’re a bit more expensive but much more reliable. Floral Card have seen the last of my company. Use them at your own peril. You have been warned.

Avoid at all cost!

Avoid at all cost!! I ordered a new home floral card to be delivered for friends who moved up to Yorkshire from Kent. It was a surprise gift. Well the surprise was it never arrived. I have sent several messages but had no response. What an absolute scam of a company. If this is a continuous thing why are they still allowed to trade. Go to delightful floral they are amazing.

Terrible company. Avoid!

Terrible company. Ordered as 10th anniversary gift. Didn’t arrive until around 6pm so too late to mean much and just became embarrassing as the hours ticked by. Nothing like picture when it DID arrive. Tiny, cringeworthy gift (like it wasn’t already bad enough).
No response when I emailed them.
Horrible experience and, despite following instructions, flowers were bedraggled the following day, worse the next than binned on day 3.
Don’t use them unless you want to throw good money away and probably end up feeling embarrassed in front of a loved one.

Absolute joke of a company. Took the money and didn’t send a confirmation of order. Didn’t send the delivery. Don’t answer the phone number or reply to the email complaint submitted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

I Rip Off Merchants

I have rang three times and emailed twice.No response !!!!I ordered two flower cards for my mum & dads anniversary. My dad's in a nursing home,that's why I needed two.I recieved them on the date I specified. There were hardly any flowers in the cards.I had to go and buy some more flowers,because I was so disappointed. I was embarrassed to give them to mum &dad.These two cards amounted to £46.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY 😡😡

PACK OF THIEVES

I wouldn't rate this company at all but unfortunately you have to give a star to be able to write a review. They are nothing but thieves. They take your money and do not deliver the service. I ordered flowers for an elderly aunt in August but they never arrived. I sent
emails, tried phoning several times to no avail. Fortunately I'd paid with PayPal so they refunded me without any problems at all.

AVOID! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If I could give this Company 0 stars I would. No confirmation of order and send two messages via their "Contact Us" form.....nothing! After reading reviews from others I decided that I would contact PayPal who refunded me instantly when I told them of the problems. I even looked on Companies House.....they do not exist and take your money and run. AVOID, the reason they offer free delivery is because they don't deliver. Pay the extra money and order from a reputable firm. Scammers!

NEVER use this web Site!

DO NOT ORDER FROM FLORAL CARD!
For Christmas delivery I ordered 3 Floral Cards with specific delivery dates. One was delivered AFTER the asking date and the other two were NOT delivered at all.
Sent email requesting refund and it was agreed that the cards couldn't be tracked and a refund was promised.
Received bank statement and refund WASN'T REFUNDED!
Following 2 emails requesting matter to be sorted HAVE NOT BEEN ANSWERED.
I do wish that I'd read these reviews before ordering as this seems to be the way Floral Card operates.
HOW DO I GET MY REFUND?
Floral Card - I am letting my solicitor sort out the matter!

do not even consider using

ordered sympathy card and paid extra for next day delivery (17/01/23). As other reviews - heard nothing. requested update via webform. Arrived where card should have arrived a week later - definitely not received. Embarrassment as all other sympathy cards etc there but not ours. Now 11/02/23 have received e-mail to say order pending - I really hope not - its a bit too late for sympathy & the funeral is in 2 days!! still waiting for refund.
