So I bought 60$ worth of clothes in April 2025, hoping to get them by the end of May 2025 for my birthday. When the delivery service mentioned that they delivered, I got no package or proof that my package was delivered. I then realized THE TRACKING WEBSITE THEY USE IS FAKE. It’s simply to pretend they're processing and shipping your order, but they never do. Also, they will tell you that someone possibly stole your package, which is why you never received it. LOL, such a joke. They said they will refund my money and that I had to wait 15-25 business days, sometimes even more, and it's been 3 months. Then, customer service simply copied and pasted the same message every time I try to ask them. Shame on you floral tide for taking money from this many people. I hope one day you get sued.

Will report to the better business bureau because this website is a scam Do Not Order.

I hope karma comes to these mother*******. very quickly. I have never been scammed.

I got scam @investigate please they have to be stopped. @news @floraltide count your days . DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IT A SCAM AND ITS A OFF BRAND FROM THE ORIGINAL CLOTHING BRAND . Hope you see this review before u order .

This company is a complete scam. They advertise low prices so that they can get your money once they do they send you fake tracking information on a separate website that will say that your order is delivered, but you never see an order. Customer service will never respond you will never receive a refund or an order. Everyone says the same thing this company needs to be investigated. They are scamming thousands of people. Whoever is responding in the email will tell you that the prices have been lowered to satisfy the customer and not to scam them but once again you will never receive an order. They are not getting the wrong address. They are simply not fulfilling the orders because they are a scam company. There has not been one reputable review that says that anyone has received their package. I will continue to post and make videos about this company until they are investigated.

Do NOT order from!!!! They insisted they delivered my package 30 days after I ordered but NEVER did. They use a logistics company that allows tracking but won't ever tell you the actual name of courier. Promised that package was resent after courier svc lost package, gave me a tracking number but 20 days later with no package still. Also said they would refund but never did. Truly a scam!!!!
