I’m very disappointed
I’m very disappointed with this purchase. The price does not match the quality at all — the jeans look much better online than in reality. The material feels cheap and not like proper denim.
The worst part was the return process. The website clearly suggests returns are easy and based in the U.S., but when I contacted customer service, I was told I would need to ship the item back to a warehouse in China at my own expense. This is very misleading.
Instead of honoring a proper return, they offered me only up to a 40% refund to keep the item, which is unacceptable given the poor quality.
Overall, this feels like a deceptive shopping experience. Be careful before purchasing — what is advertised is not what you actually get, and returning items is made intentionally difficult.
