Online ordering is great. Items are well displayed showing front and back, with models and item as is. Sizing information is clearly presented. My decision to purchase is based on reputation of the company; I expect high quality items.

My reward points expire today—the date is clearly listed on my reward summary. But the rewards are also listed as already expired (mid afternoon not ‘after business hours’) so not available to use.

Why bother with a reward system if it doesn’t work as indicated on the website?

I wore FE when I was a young girl, dressed my daughters in FE and now have the pleasure of dressing my granddaughter ! I will keep her in FE for as long as she will let me!

Easy to order! My granddaughter and grandson enjoy the family match suggestions which make for great photos. Since they live far away I love getting to see them dressed in this iconic brand which my mother bought for my daughter (their mother)! Two generations dressed in classic, traditional ,well made clothing!

I had points for a $5 discount, but could not get it to apply and wasted a lot of my time trying

i like that you still make clothes that make young ladies and young boys look well dressed and also even tho i have no more young children. again you make clothes that make them look like children should

Over the years I have shopped Eiseman clothing in many great stores and specialty Children's shops as Dottie Dolittle in San Francisco! The designs and fabrics have always been elegant and excellent quality!
