Okay have used this company on several occasions in the past and always found their customer service to be great.
My experience on this occasion is not up to usual standards, have tried all methods of communication to engage Floridacarhire to be left frustrated and some what bemused.

I booked two vehicles with this company in March, for two Alamo cars, As I wanted further information I sent three e mails and five phone calls
yes five, and left messages each time over the last three weeks,to the number on there website ie 08006897171,on each phone call I was informed
(recorded message we will get back to you) I am still waiting.
I got on to Alamo direct and my e mail was answered within minutes,
Florida car hire your customer service is the worst I have ever experienced,a joke, stay clear of this company.

Shocking customer service, impossible to get hold of anyone. I am too angry to even bother explaining the whole mess this company made of our booking. They don't bother responding to calls/ emails. This company is diabolical, just want your money.

Great price for a hire car for a 7 day holiday to orlando

Used these guys a few times now, no hidden extras when you go to pick your car up, easy to deal with, if you want a car in Florida with no hassle and no hidden charges then use these guys.

Been using Florida Car hire for many years now, I actually believe to be nearly 12 . Have checked prices with other companies but I've always found FLorida car hire to be still the best.
Just returned from Florida, had car hire from them, yet again and just booked another for next year. Thanks Rob for a splendid job.

I have used Florida Car Hire on most occasions when travelling to Orlando - on this occasion dealt with Rob who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable - when friends ask me about car hire for their trip to Orlando I always tell them to try FloridaCarHire -

Easy to use website. Cost of required vehicle very competitive. Have not used it yet but like the ability to use an on-line check-in.

At 1st sight the prices are brilliant. However no one answered the customer service number when called repeatedly, also 10% off voucher/coupon code on Facebook did not work. Also, voucher is not real-time, which can cause anxiety if one books a car close to their travel date.

So in summary a competitive offering for Florida rentals with great prices (often better than other websites) but customer service lacks the personal feel and does not respond quickly to email queries.

First time I have used Floridacarhire.com and please with their service so far. Any request for contact to be made was very prompt and they did a great deal on beating a competitors price on the same type of rental. Hopefully the rest of the hire process goes as smoothly.

I found the website v easy to use. My request was more complicated as it involved a different collection and drop off point.

The company I was assigned to was well know and the price was significantly lower than going directly to their web page.

I appreciated the clear outline of what was included.
The voucher was expected within two weeks and it arrived within 12 hours .. Service so far is great.
Now looking forward to e holiday and hope that the pick up is as smooth as the on line experience to date,
