Amazing company

Amazing company. I booked my holiday with Florida masters who beat all quotes every time for me. Im not talking a few hundred. absolutely brilliant. I saved £1100 by booking with Florida masters. Amazing staff but have to say, Lilly Jones is phenomenal. Fantastic customer service from her. Rapid response, very respectful, friendly and always willing to help as much as she can. I will always book with this company. All the staff are really kind, but Lilly jones is the best. I would recommend this company and to ask for Lilly. Amazing, Amazing, Amazing

Pleasant New York and Orlando holiday

Just returned from our holiday and had a fabulous time in New York and Orlando! Only complaint was the transfer in NY was booked later than what it should have been but everything else was excellent! Would use again.

Dream Hoilday Thanks to EMMA 100% recommended

i booked this holiday through a lovely lady name Emma Hall, This was my 1st time going to florida and i didn't really know much about the place, But emma's knowledge of florida is exceptional, All the places she recommended was spot on!!!, i had 15 nights of paradise, im looking to book up again at the end of the year, i will definitely be booking through Emma again as her customer service is outstanding, nothing was to much trouble for her, replying to my calls and emails late at night. (does she ever stop working haha), hotel was in the perfect location, very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. The sea and beach was outstanding, it was our dream holiday. Emma Thank you so much for organising this for us and i will be speaking to you soon for our next dream holiday.

ZERO STAR REVIEW

wouldnt let me do it but really should be ZERO STARS!
Booked in December 2018 to fly out for Christmas 21st December 2019.
Worst mistake of our lives. All smiles when taking nearly £17,000 but 3 week before flying out was told that there was a schedule change to flights. When checking with the airline they hadn't even been booked. Paid extra for a named villa, ended up with a different villa that was in poor repair. Numerous emails and telephone messages left to Josh Boer (admin manager) totally ignored even tried Lawson Campbell who quite happily sold us the dream and was told it had nothing to do with him. Got a contact of a supervisor Lee Davy, again doesn't return calls or emails. Took a different route by contacting the owners Jon Bailey and Daniel Anderson again fobbed off and ignored. The only saving grace was Alasdair Nadar (this guy deserves a 5* review for himself) returned all of our calls and 4 days before flying managed to get everything sorted albeit we had to fly on a different day accept a different airport and ended up in a different villa. Absolutely disgusted with this company please do not put yourselves through what we had to endure. All in all best part of 90-100 emails ignored, numerous telephone messages plus messages on linkedin (to Jon Bailey). The Neal and Page Families

Mixed feelings, great holiday, diabolical service

Our holiday we booked with Florida Masters actually was fantastic, would I book again with them?, no probably not.
Our villa was great, flights superb, price very competitive
So where do they the fall, customer service
I booked back in May, when I enquired, the consultant Scott I could not get off the phone very keen indeed, when I paid the deposit, I then had to pester a little bit to get my flight ref so we could booked seats together on our flight, I didn’t realise at the time this would even be in query, anyhow after a few messages emails, Scott got it for me.
So as time ticks by we are going in December so put it on the back burner but as time drew near I wanted to know our villa information, I tried numerous occasions to contact Scott and got no reply, no body answers the phone at Florida Masters and asks you to leave a message, so you do, nobody rings you back, so you email nothing.
As a consequence you become worried, I finally got through to speak to someone whom on three occasions promised to get back to me with details, never did so emailed them, no reply.
By this point we were 10 days from our Christmas holiday with no info on accommodation and based on reviews this was even more worrying, I called and called no response.
Eventually a week before I went I got through to a sales consultant, not the ad as you are supposed to, this consultant was Called Elizabeth, not her job as she was sales but she was fantastic the only person in the whole company whom seemed to understand my point and actually care, do something about it, within 2 days she had sorted it, they did change the villa for on the one the said I would get but Elizabeth actually got us a bigger one which was absolutely fantastic. So thank you Elizabeth.
Out of all of it then, the only reason I would not book with these guys again is the very bad customer service, they do not seem to care once money is paid, promises to called back etc, then just avoid you calls and emails, which is very worrying and probably unnecessarily so.
So top and bottom, again thanks Elizabeth we actually had a fantastic holiday, villa was much better than we expected. As for Florida Masters as a company, badly let yourselves down and would be very surprised if you get repeat business, when actually if you communicated I would of happily booked with you again based on my holiday.
Hope this is a fair assessment

Amazing experience Again with Lilly

This is the second holiday that I’ve booked with Lilly Jones and everything was perfect again. The villa that Lilly organised was faultless and stunning and the location was amazing for all parks. Will 100% be using Lilly again, nothing was a problem. I’ve Already advised a number of friends and family to get in touch. If anyone has got any hesitancy about booking with Florida masters DONT, it was all arranged and delivered to a higher quality than any high street chain and a fraction of the cost. Thank you again Florida Masters but in particular Lilly. X

From making our initial inquiry over a year ago to finally going on our holiday on Saturday, Florida masters have made the whole process easy and stress free, from booking the flights, car hire and the villa all simple and no much trouble for them, even changing our villa at the last minute. We have dealt with Alasdair at Florida…

We have dealt with Alasdair at Florida Masters about 4 times now and he has always found us a great deal. The hotels have been very clean and comfortable and centrally located to where we had planned our activities. Flights are always with a reputable company, the one we have booked currently is non-stop with Virgin. 2 thumps up. Alasdair has also offered to find us a deal on traveling to other parts of the states, that's customer service.

Wouldn’t trust them with a barge pole…

Wouldn’t trust them with a barge pole now!
We booked for a family of 9 to Orlando back in May 2018 for travel December 2019.. We settled the very large balance in July 2019 and the company are still refusing the send e tickets despite lots of requests and lots of excuses.
They are great at getting you the holiday but their customer service is lacking in every area! Absolutely disgusting and their owner ‘Major travel’ will also not help!

Florida masters

Used Florida masters probably 4 times now, for both villa and hotel holidays.
Found them price competitive, Attentive to my requirements and easy to deal with and trustworthy at all times.
Have recommended them to a number of friends and work colleagues over past few years knowing full well they will receive the same service as I have.

Will continue to use them in future holidays.

Booking with Florida Masters

I have been dealing with Alasdair at Florida Masters following a recommendation from a colleague at work. Reading the reviews, I was dubious to say the least as they go from one extreme to the other! We don't travel until next year but the booking process has been really straightforward. We will be travelling with an infant so needless to say I've had loads of queries and questions. Alasdair always gets back to me, even on his days off.
While Florida Masters do block book seats on flights, for a small fee you are able to be provided with your specific flight details (I have ours now, months and months before we go). This enables you to book seats or in our case a bassinet. It was fully explained to me that ordinarily I wouldn't get details until about 2-4 weeks before but we paid a little extra and that was no problem.
In addition, I asked Alasdair for his advice in respect of park tickets and what would be good options for us. He gave a recommendation for a package via a company Florida Masters obviously use. I researched the package and actually found it a little cheaper with another company. Alasdair straight away said I'd found a good deal and encouraged me to book park tickets elsewhere as they couldn't match them. While I appreciate we haven't been away yet, the process up to now has been really easy and I have had a positive experience with Florida Masters.

Orlando holiday - brilliant customer service

We have just returned from a fabulous 2 weeks in Orlando all booked through Florida masters. Our villa was wonderful in a perfect location about 5 miles from Disney. We had the traumas of the BA pilots strike with our return flight being cancelled; once that was sorted our outgoing flight was changed. We had to stay an extra night in Orlando. Whilst people were having nightmares with BA phones we were brilliantly looked after by Florida Masters. They couldn’t have done more for us and they got it all rearranged for us involving many conversations with them over the bank holiday weekend. I would never book with anyone else for Florida. We’ve booked with them on 4 holidays. They are also the best value by a very considerable amount.

Great Holiday /Great Customer Service

We had a great Holiday 7 nights in Orlando,7 nights eastern Caribbean cruise then 3 nights at Clearwater and finally back to Disney for 2 nights. Lee and Scott where really great helping us to put this fabulous holiday together and where there for advice we would definitely recommend Florida Masters. Thank you so much!

I wanted to take the family to Florida

I wanted to take the family to Florida last year & I went with Florida Masters who were nothing but helpful from cancelling a person & me becoming pregnant, & my medical issues, i found Alasdair Nadar very helpful. I am hopeful going back to Florida with them in 2025 when my son is older to enjoy it!

BEWARE PLEASE

BEWARE PLEASE: horrible experience with this company. All smiles when booking but beware, you will NOT get the Orlando villa you were expecting. In fact, they’re likely to contact you by email 3 months before you go to tell you you’re not going to the villa you agreed and suggest the only other 2 on offer are upgrades ..... they’re not!! Then after family turmoil and upset and lots of talk about compromise etc and not ruining a family holiday you get another email 3 weeks before your holiday to say...you guessed it, the villa you were shoved in against your will is no longer available. In fact, your rep (Lilly in this case) doesn’t have the moral courage to call her client herself and gets a colleague to break the news as she’s ‘too upset’. When you email her she responds stating ‘this isn’t my fault, this has happened to me too’. But it’s ok because the young unprofessional schoolboy like rep you’re now dealing with has said you’ll be compensated. Then he goes off radar and doesn’t answer email or calls and you’ll sit with your family days before you’re meant to go on a holiday of a lifetime not knowing where or if your going. The villa was as expected appalling. Yes we complained to the management company but nothing happened. Dirty carpets, broken items, dirty pool Looking over someone’s filthy unkempt back yard, broken alarm in a none gated community despite that being one of the non negotiables. The list goes on. When I email my complaint to FM, Lilly will reply blaming you for not telling her sooner. So it won’t be FM fault, it will be yours. Oh and the compensation offer? £500 off? No, £300 refund? No. £100? No, a voucher for had rock cafe reduced limited menus. Don’t bother.
Mickey Mouse company who lack integrity and professionalism and hide behind the internet.
You might get lucky...but I wouldn’t take the chance. They’ll come up cheaper than most....ask yourself why?
